We built this house from scratch for our family. It was crafted by an architect with extensive experience and built with charm, quality and the simplicity of those who like to be in nature. We have decided to rent it on vacation, and we hope to find guests who can enjoy and take care of it. It is located in Serreta, a magical place, next to a magnificent forest, where there are many trails, a stunning park, many little pools, a unique landscape and a sunset that varies from tone each day.

The Old Lagar- oven

Located within a 3000 square meter property, the house is an example of Terceira’s traditional architecture: made of stone walls, the main facade looking south, with wooden roof and tiles traditionally handcrafted using local materials. The house was restored in 2018 maintaining the original construction plan and preserving some structures of historical interest, such as the water reservoir, the furnace and the press, lagar in Portuguese, from which the house takes its name.

The Yellow House serves two different purposes: - Couples who want their bedroom to be separate from the living room - Families, or groups of friends, who want to share space while enjoying unique architectural solutions With the largest living room, it is conducive to socialising and happiness, which can be extended to the house's surrounding 900m2 lawn. The Yellow House, whether for couples or families, is the only one with a versatile organisation.

Pedrinho's House

Comfortable and cozy space in a quiet area, overlooking the sea and the mountains, with the possibility of seeing the islands of São Jorge and Pico. It is the closest house to the highest point of the island, the Serra de Santa Bárbara, leisure areas and surrounding green spaces. Perfect location for animal and nature lovers, where you can enjoy the company of our donkeys, Vietnamese pigs, geese, goats and chickens, while savoring a glass of wine.

Ti Chôa - Biscoitinho's House

Centenary house recovered with a stunning view of the parish, Atlantic Ocean, forest and mountain. From here, we can also see three islands of the central group, which are Graciosa, S. Jorge and Pico. Come and stay in an isolated country house, away from the cities, ideal for those who want peace, rest, privacy and silence where you can enjoy the countryside and nature. Here you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Terceira Island.
