The place was perfect! It accommodated all 5 of us during our stay. The place was in a perfect spot and away from the main roads so it was nice and quiet.

This newly renovated place was very well thought out and very spacious. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided and Neil was very friendly and responsive with any questions. It’s best suited for someone who has a car to get around as it’s not too close to any main sights but that wasn’t a problem for me. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandy's house! Our check in was easy and we instantly felt so relaxed. Everything was set up beautifully and was easy to find. Sandy was a phenomenal host and was very friendly and communicative throughout our stay. The house and property were immaculate and felt so well taken care of. We were drawn in to rent by the pool and hot tub, but the rest of the house made everything feel that much more special. Our dog loved the space in the back yard and we really enjoyed spending our days by the pool together. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Sandy's house!

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at! Patrick and Nikki went above and beyond by providing a basket full of snacks for us that really helped us out for the breakfasts. The airbnb was very cozy and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again!

We visited Winnipeg for our girls trip and Avril’s was awesome! Super close to local bars and restaurants (walking distance), with ample space for our group. Avril was super helpful and checked in often (but not too often) to make sure everything was good with our stay. Would recommend this stay to others!

This house is truly a diamond: quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms, and a sunny kitchen. Clean—very clean! Having a washer and dryer makes a huge difference in packing for your trip—fewer clothes. The host communicates instantly with answers to questions. The inside architecture must be seen. The plaster walls and windows are not just angles but also curves and interesting edges. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comforting place after long travel hours. You will be happy here.

we had a wonderful time in Winnipeg. this place was what we needed. to be close to things downtown, within walking distance. secure place to park the car. two bedrooms, two bathrooms, capacity to make meals if we wanted. it was perfect for our needs.

My stay at Elynore's Osborne Village apartment was fantastic. I loved the location, very easy to find and the space itself was unbelievably comfortable and well decorated. Elynore was very lovely and accommodating. I would absolutely love to stay again in this location, especially due to Elynore's warm reception.

I booked this home for my family from northern MB as they were being evacuated and couldn’t get good reception to do themselves. From the beginning of my booking to the end of the stay, the hosts were so kind and helpful. They even provided a significant discount for the weekend extension we made. These are rhetorical kinds of people whose business we want to make sure to support because they use their business to help support others in times of crisis. The home was as beautiful as it looks in the photos and my family said their stay was a quiet and relaxing reprieve from the evacuation stress they were under.

Lynelle met us upon arrival. The accommodations were very clean and decorated very nicely. She had snacks in the room that was greatly appreciated. We hit some rainy weather but we were very comfortable in the room. The event we were attending was in Niverville so the location was perfect for some peace and quiet away from the event but we felt it's proximity was very doable.

It was home away from home. Kid friendly area. Liked walking the area and the kids like the splash park close by.

It was such a great experience to spend two nights in this beautiful condo as it was in the down town . The condo was well cleaned, secured and well organized even there was no worry about car parking. Highly recommend to everyone.Thank you

I stayed here for 3 weeks while working on a research project at the University of Manitoba. The location was perfect. It was right next to the Fort Rouge transit station, which will get you to U of M or downtown in 20 minutes or so. The apartment was really cosy and has everything you need for a longer stay (fridge, cooker, etc.). Really loved it here.

I had a wonderful stay and certainly would be back! Many GREAT restaurants close by (walking distance) including Yujiro (Japanese) and Stella’s (brunch). Also close enough to a superstore and easy delivery of anything you need.

I really enjoyed my stay! Tia was very flexible with checking in and other accommodations. The place was perfect for just a quick weekend trip!

It is my second time staying at one of Michael's places. I am very glad to have found them. The house was so clean and well furnished. Everything I needed to cook or make myself feel at home was available, even a good quality yoga mat. The location is super since it is close to many restaurants, a superstore, Assiniboine park and downtown. You can see Michael pays attention to the details and the house doesn;t feel like "an airbnb", feels homey.
