Full kitchen with two burner induction cooktop, full size refrigerator, sink, king size bed. Access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ and outdoor fireplace and pizza oven. 5 Bikes available with helmets, locks and backpacks - an abundance of biking and hiking trails within a short distance. Private acreage - citrus on property (lemons/grapefruit/tangelos). Desert landscaping with an abundance of rabbits, quail, doves, and lovebirds. Limited street lighting provides amazing star gazing! Open and covered parking. Magazines (AZ Highways) and books on Arizona points of interest, hiking, fishing, skiing, climbing, etc. Laundry facilities on site. Smoking is allowed outdoors away from the buildings. Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic and Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber and Lyft are excellent! Shared access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and outdoor pizza oven. Take advantage of bicycle trails with 5 bikes provided. However, mutual respect of privacy is appreciated - thanks! Climb on the 5 bikes provided to explore the many nearby trails. Visit iconic entertainment and sports venues close by, from spring training to car shows. Take a short drive to movie theaters and casinos, plus world-class shopping destinations. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber and Lyft are excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use.

Hip Condo in Old Town Scottsdale. Walk to Everything. Pool

This Sayulita Mexico vibe condo has been completely remodeled offering all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay - this condo is right in the middle of everything!!! Bars, restaurants, shopping, museums, airport, sports arena, hiking and so much more. You could not ask for a more centrally located spot. The space has one bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a small dining nook, a living area and a beautiful patio. Dine under the lights or lounge in the rattan chairs with your coffee. Watch Netflix, Hulu or Amazon on the flat screen TV in the living room. There is fast Wi-Fi and you can do work if you need to. We have a full kitchen + equipment. Tea and coffee are provided. The fridge has some basic condiments like ketchup, sriracha, mustard, as well as some basic spices! Whatever is in the fridge is yours. This is our third Airbnb. Our other one has great reviews from guests. While we will not be at the condo during your stay, feel free to contact us with any questions! We live right down the street and if you need anything you can call or text us. We also have a lot of local recommendations to share. The condo sits right in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale. It’s an easy walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping. All of the baseball stadiums are also just minutes away. Sprouts grocery store is directly across the street. - We can't reiterate it enough, but you can walk to almost anything in Old Town Scottsdale and if you don't want to walk, there are always golf carts driving around at night that can take you where you want to go. - Bikes are also available to rent nearby. -Getting around is extremely simple. Walk, bike, drive or uber. Being in the heart of it all makes transportation a breeze. - We are a quick Uber ride from the airport. These rates are for overnight guests only.
