Holiday rentals with a patio in Downtown, Sarasota

The hosts were super friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was in great shape and appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything was squeaky clean down to the vacuum lines in the sofa. If you plan to make a trip to the beach, they have provided beach chairs, umbrella, football, sunblock, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I would recommend anyone visiting Sarasota to check this place out. Definitely 5 stars!!!

What a great place to stay! The reviews say it all. It seems that everything you may need has been considered. The location is perfect between the beach and short walk to Siesta Village.

Alexandra is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Her place is just as described, very convenient with the added bonus of parking directly at the entrance to the condo. The mattress is excellent!

Great stay at this Airbnb. It was so clean and tidy. I loved having access to the pool and the parking was convenient to the unit. Ewelina was very responsive. The location was a short drive to everything we needed. Not many things in walking distance but we had a car so it was easy to get around. We would stay here again!

The room was perfect. Megan was kind, helpful and responsive. The fenced in yard was great for my dogs. We will be returning and recommending the room to all our friends and family.

this place is great perfect for a quick get away. it's so close to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. also Chris was very kind an responsive he had beach chairs an canopy that came in handy. cain't forgot about the hot tub it was perfect to end the night and relax.

We had a great stay at the house. Loved the interior decor. Looks like the home was remodeled recently. Everything was fresh and clean. We loved hanging out by the pool. Backyard was very private and peaceful. Posts were very quick with their responses if I had any questions about the home. We would definitely stay at the Home again when we’re in town.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. 5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, local guidebooks, and extra towels. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and within a few miles away there is great restaurants and shops. Our host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. They even gave us great local recommendations that made our trip even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a fantastic stay at Melissa’s beautiful home in Sarasota! I visited with a friend and our two teenage boys, and the house was perfect for us. It was absolutely immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — the kitchen had all the cooking essentials, and Melissa even left goody bags in each bathroom, plus laundry detergent, which was a great touch. The closets were huge — perfect for unpacking and settling in — and the master bedroom and bathroom felt truly 5-star. So spacious, comfortable, and luxurious! Melissa was incredibly responsive and helpful any time I reached out — always quick to reply and very kind. The home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a lovely park and dog park. I highly recommend staying here. Don’t hesitate to book — you won’t be disappointed!

I really enjoyed my stay. The home was clean and well equipped. It was close to downtown , restaurants and shopping. Leonor was very accommodating . I was moving out of my home in Sarasota. She was flexible with timing and departure. Overall a lovely stay..

Ilir's place was very clean, conveniently located and easy to access. The house was easy to find and in a very nice quiet neighborhood, even being close to an airport.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation at the wonderful apartment of Lauren and Mario, the place is so clean and cozy. Also, few minutes away from the beach and we drove few times to South Lido Key Beach Park which was so quiet and clean (highly recommend). We definitely will come back 💕

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!
