Jennifer’s place is nicely styled and cosy. The bed is extremely comfortable, the backyard patio is lovely and the smart tv is a plus! The area is the best, within walking distance to a number of restaurants. I hope to be back!

House was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Charming home with a beautiful view of the city and sunset. Cute historic neighborhood so fun to walk around and explore.

We were very pleased with this home. Everything was clean and orderly. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

Great space. Very homey and interestingly decorated. Street parking was easy and plentiful. Was wonderful to have access to a washer/dryer. Very close to downtown.

Great little apartment with all the facilities you’d need and a great gym and social space upstairs.

Comfy place to stay for our duration, it is on a busy street area so there is road traffic noise. Turn the bedroom A/C on and it’ll cxl it out for sleeping.

My group of three throughly enjoy staying at Spencer’s loft. Everything was clean, toiletries provided made air travel easier, the kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location close to our work conference at the Hyatt Regency and Abravanel Hall as well as restaurants. We enjoyed salad at Toasters (right next store!), Caribbean food for lunch at Kafe’ Mamai and pizza at Settebello Pizzeria. I would definitely book this space again if I return to SLC!

Ciara was a great host. When our original rental fell through due to an ac unit issue she set us up in a new unit same day. I really appreciated her for that. The house was clean, easily accessible, and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on.

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

Jennifer’s place was a great location for us. Walkable to some great restaurants and convention center. Unfortunate the elevator was down with 2 young kids but we made it work! Floors and bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better and place needs a good dusting otherwise it was clean. Would recommend anyone staying here to bring their own sound machine! It is very noisy at night as mentioned. Never felt unsafe staying here, but there is quite a bit of homeless population in the area. Overall, we would stay again.

I love this place!! When I walk in it feels like I am home! So convenient to the train and convention center! I will always stay here!

This condo is lovely and Elizabeth’s communication was fantastic. The area is very walkable with shopping and restaurants close by. The condo was very clean and the entry by code was so convenient. As others mentioned it is somewhat noisy (particularly the unit above) but Elizabeth provided ear plugs and a noise machine for sleeping, which was appreciated. I would stay again and recommend!

Nicely renovated unit close to the city. It’s worth noting that the ceilings are pretty low since it’s a bottom unit, but that didn’t bother me as someone of average height. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay here.

This location is wonderful -- less than 2 blocks from Temple Square, walking distance to many good restaurants, and a close drive to other museums and sights around SLC. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable. We had one small issue (a shower rod that broke while we were there), and David was there within 1/2 day to replace it. Highly recommend!
