Kendall was a great host. She took care of what I needed and was friendly and responsive. The house and location were great! Very private and perfect if you have a dog. We were very pleased. Thanks Kendall!

Cory’s place was one of my favorite BnB’s I’ve ever stayed in. The space was easy to make feel like my own personal home, very private and very minimal noise. The few neighbors I did see were extremely personable and the space was even better than I had imagined from initial pictures and descriptions (which were all accurate and appealing. It is listed as a studio but there is a bedroom separate from the rest of the unit which was a very pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again if I end up in Richmond, I loved it!

This is my second time staying in one of James’ air bnb’s and both times have been wonderful, you can see that he takes the time to make the space pleasant . I was in Richmond for work but still enjoyed my time due to the comfort and quiet of this Airbnb. Will definitely stay again.

Andrew’s place was great. Location, location, location. It’s a small apartment over a quiet business on a great street with lovely shops. If you want to be in the Fan, this is it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a well maintained and clean unit that was carefully restored.

It all comes down the moment you walk through the door! We parked in the back of the house off the alley, a bit tricky to figure out at first, entered the door code and entered a fabulous space. The kitchen was bright, cheerful and clean. The air conditioning was cranked on, thankfully as it was a hot humid day. The big question was which of the 2 bedrooms? We chose the bedroom near the living space, figuring the front bedroom on Main Street could be noisy…though the neighborhood ended up being quiet. Alyssa and Donnie seemed to think of all our potential needs. The wi-fi was easy to connect to our devices, the kitchen was well organized, the bathroom was stocked with soaps, plenty of towels (wash, hand, bath and makeup) even the pantry had a few staples. Overall, I would rate the experience as EXCELLENT, from the first moment to the last. We will definitely stay here again on the next visit to Richmond.

I've stayed at many Airbnbs in Richmond, and this was by far the cleanest and best-located. The space was spotless, and everything I needed was within easy reach. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My wife and I spent our "mini-moon" at this property after our wedding. Simply put, it is the best AirBnB her or I have ever been in. Somehow it is even better than pictured/described in the listing. Never have we encountered such attention to detail and care in a property than we did at this one. I could write more; instead, I'll just say if you're considering a stay in the Richmond area, do yourself a favor and book this property. You'll be glad you did!

Josh’s home was perfect for a girl’s weekend for 4 long-time friends.. His home was clean, comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distance of Carytown and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and communication with Josh was excellent. I would highly recommend his home!

Great location in The Fan neighborhood of Richmond; close to everything; tons of good restaurants; very walkable. Well appointed with everything to feel right at home. Will definitely stay here again if business or sports bring us to Richmond.

What a lovely gem in Richmond! Nothing but good things to say about the house; lovely backyard, clean and modern interior, and a very comfortable bed. We were especially fond of the permaculture backyard; it's not something you see often, but it was a really lovely and unique aspect of the property that we enjoyed (and I'm supportive of the effort/theory behind it)!

An amazing place to stay in the Fan district, walkable to so many great places. Extremely responsive host, great communication and even anticipates needs. She generously had bottled water delivered when the city of Richmond was under a boil water advisory while we were there. The house is a lovely with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice outdoor space as well. Would def stay again!

My favorite airbnb to date!!! Such a beautiful, historic house with everything we needed to feel right at home. The 4 separate bedrooms and beds were great. Plenty of space for a family or group of friends to spend time together but still have privacy. The location was perfect too with ample parking. The playground right across the street was a nice surprise for the kids too. We absolutely loved this home and will definitely be back ❤️

We booked this townhouse last minute as we needed to be closer to the airport for an early morning flight, after spending a few days at a bed and breakfast in Mathews County a little ways away. It ended up being the perfect place for our group of five. Very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The check-in process was smooth, and the host left clear, easy-to-follow instructions, which we really appreciated. It’s those little touches and extra thoughtfulness that made our short stay feel so welcoming. Highly recommend!

Tim was a super communicative and responsive host, the house was great and easy to get into, and the location is great. We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers staying at the house, and there was plenty of space for all of us. Tim also had items for our kids (a pack n play, high chair, etc), items to clean up messes, and laundry on site. Of note, in the description, the beds are all listed as queen-sized, but it appeared that one bed (the back right room closest to the stairs), was actually full-sized. Other than that, our stay was great.

Very convenient to the Richmond Convention Center. A good home base for being out and about. The parking add on was a plus. The chat messages were good. You can tell they are automated, but they provided relevant info when needed.

Reagan's place is a great centrally located base of operations if you're visiting downtown Richmond. It's clean quiet and secure. Access to the building and parking are a little tricky but she's provided very detailed instructions that make it easy. Although our stay was brief, Reagan was a lovely host, a pleasure to meet, and very responsive. Highly recommended for RVA visits!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

Thank you for a great stay! Beautiful spot downtown convenient to everything. Condo was everything I needed for my weekend.

My wife and I come to Richmond a few times a year and we have stayed at Suzy's place twice. It's in a great neighborhood and has off-street parking. The only reservations we have are that the sheets and comforter are polyester, so bring our own cotton ones; and the kitchen is not well stocked with utensils and cookware. That might not be an issue for others, but we like to cook some meals ourselves instead of always going out. Other than that, we will continue to stay here when we visit Richmond.

Thank you for a lovely stay! we loved the character of this apartment. The beds were comfy, the cot was easy to set up, the climate control was easy and worked well. Eugene was very responsive in troubleshooting the TV. Would definitely recommend staying here!
