This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We had the best time at Renee's place in historic Oakwood! This is such a great location for strolling peaceful neighborhood streets with interesting home gardens and charming architecture. Very close to great restaurants and a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Raleigh. Very well appointed kitchen and bathroom, very nice lounge-worthy living space and fun decor. Quiet neighborhood at night and bird songs in the am.
