This home was renovated by a professional designer (@designxwoods) and showcases unique details and inspiring finishes around every corner! Soak in the natural light in the airy and open living space wrapped in white brick and even venture up the ladder to the loft for a meditate moment. From the retro furnishings and oak hardwood floors to the spa-like bathrooms, the home is warm and charming and filled with amenities to make your stay comfortable. It is perfect for larger groups or families wanting a cozy stay near the best restaurants and shops Phoenix has to offer. The brick paved back patio offers a great al fresco dining option with the beautiful Arizona sunsets. Disclaimer: For your safety of our property and our guests, one surveillance camera has been installed on the front porch. Guests have access to the entire home, including back patio. PLEASE NOTE: The loft is accessed via a steel ladder that is secured to the wall. We ask that guests use ladder carefully and at their own risk. We are always available via telephone or through the app. The house is in the Coronado Historic District, a quiet residential community of young families and artists. Several restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Downtown Phoenix is a 5-minute drive away. Guests are welcome to park on the gravel driveway, two cars can fit tandem. We have a two car maximum at the property. PLEASE NOTE: The listing photos were taken before the window treatments were installed. The master bedroom currently has a blackout drapery panel. The guest bedrooms have blackout roller shades and the living room windows have privacy roller shades.

We stayed at this bungalow for 3 nights and had a great experience. It was easy to find, and check-in was smooth. The kitchen was beautiful, and the open floor plan was very inviting. The pricing is competitive, and I would definitely recommend this place for both business and leisure stays. Ashley, one of the hosts, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

This was a super cute Airbnb. The pool was amazing! I would recommend having blackout curtains in the bedrooms and would have appreciated if the house had the A/C on before we got there. It took about 8 hrs to cool down, but it was 105 degrees outside. Everything else was great!

The location was perfect. Walmart, Starbucks, Target, and Big 5 were all just minutes away. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed for cooking. The backyard was nicely set up. When our toddlers wanted to play outside, they could do so safely thanks to the gate separating the play area from the pool. The pool itself was clean, and our older boys absolutely loved it. We’re definitely planning to stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is definitely one of my favorites. I have stayed in many around Phoenix. This is by far one of my favorites. We spent two nights at this beautiful little jam while doing some doctoring for my daughter we were able to easily get to all of our appointments and a great place to rest at the end of the day, very peaceful and quiet everything that you would need I will definitely be back again. This Airbnb was an absolute dream and our best travel experience, all thanks to Kiera, our incredible host. Arriving in Phoenix to welcome our twins via surrogacy, we were already overwhelmed, but Kiera immediately put us at ease. She greeted us with thoughtful baby gifts and a heartfelt card. Her instant replies to our simple questions made navigating the area effortless, a huge help when stress levels were at an all-time high. The place itself was immaculate – even my incredibly picky husband was impressed! It was far more spacious than the pictures suggested and fully stocked with everything imaginable. The building was quiet and safe, and we barely saw anyone else using the fantastic amenities like the pool and well-equipped gym. Plus, coffee shops and restaurants were a short, pleasant walk away, with cheap Uber rides to anywhere else we wanted to go. Kiera's genuine kindness and proactive efforts made a potentially stressful time incredibly special and truly unforgettable!!
