This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

We loved our stay but it was way too short! We will certainly return to enjoy it for longer!

Travelled to attend a family wedding. The cottage was ideally situated near other family members and the venue. Waterfront views were beautiful and beach access allowed us to enjoy kayaking-although it was still a little chilly for swimming ! Lilacs were in bloom and saw several deer both in the yard and at nearby nature reserve. The Point- provided great food and live music in walking distance!

Emily’s house was a dream and is highly recommended. Our family of 5 (with 3 kids under 10) spent a week at Emily’s house while in Ottawa to help out a family member. We were so grateful for Emily’s hospitality. As we were there during yet another wave of the pandemic, coupled with virtual school, we were basically in lockdown at the house - it could have been a very unpleasant week. Instead, it was truly wonderful to have Emily’s beautiful home to feel grounded in. The house was clean, comfortable, exactly as represented in the pictures, and we were struck by the attention to detail. The communication with Emily was perfect. After a week in the house, we joked about staying a week longer! There is no doubt that we will return.

Great cottage on a beautiful lake. Our favourite was the terrific view of the lake from the hot tub!

My family all enjoyed their stay at this homey cottage. Loved the close proximity to the river. The back yard, being fully fenced, was great for our dog. We enjoyed a nice fire in the fire pit outside in the evening. The kitchen & bathroom were clean & fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighbour’s were very friendly, the hot tub was relaxing & Pierre was very quick to respond to my questions.

Great location - walking distance to vorlage, shops, cafes. Very cosy and lovely views of the Forest. Lucie is a very friendly and attentive host. Thanks for having us 😊

Absolutely beautiful. The hosts cared very much for the location and the needs and preferences of the guests. The unit is a 2nd floor stair-access location so may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations, but from the moment you open the door, you immediately feel a sense of “I could live here.” The decor was home-like and inviting, with all kitchen amenities readily available. Every detail was considered: from a spare umbrella at the coat-rack, to coffee-maker with supplies, to mixing bowls in the cupboards. Tucked underneath the TV was a collection of books with something to appeal to all ages and interests; and when that wasn’t enough, there was a deck of cards at hand — perfect for a rainy day. At night the neighbourhood is quiet and still, interrupted only by the early morning chirp of birds. The hosts were as engaged or discreet as a guest might desire and readily adapted to your needs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank-you Josseline!

Perfect little spot that was super walkable: 25 minute walk from Carleton, 20 minute walk to the grocery store, river walk right out the door, and many shops, cafes, and restaurants close walkable as well. Quick to get a Lyft to the airport. Loved the bathtub.

We had a wonderful stay. Very quiet neighbourhood. Great location and the rental was spotless and had everything needed for a perfect stay. We would stay here again without any hesitation.

Patrick’s home was a perfect space for my family and I during a week long stay in Ottawa. It was in a quiet but great central location, right across from the experimental farm and close to anything we needed. The home itself was stunning, thoughtfully designed and perfect for a family to stay with everything we could need. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Kristina has a wonderful property. Great location, fantastic amenities and a very comfortable home. Great location in Barrhaven as it was perfect for us visiting our family living in Ottawa. We hope to be able to stay at Kristina's in the near future.

Emmanuel’s place was exactly what we needed for our weekend away near Wakefield. So spacious and lots of room. The eco house is really magnificent.

Spacious well designed home with great art and decor making the visit feel special . Well stocked kitchen , comfortable beds , great seating spaces and fun games room contribute to a very relaxed visit. Can’t beat the Glebe location and proximity to Rideau canal

Pretty view of the Rideau River. Quiet spot to relax, take a stroll around the neighborhood. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook. Comfy bed with a great view.

Highlights of the stay were a really great backyard with pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and place was very well equipped. Host was accommodating and responsive.

We both very happy to stay at Chantal's during our weekend trip. We arrived late, but Charlo was kind and friendly, he met us, showed the place around, and told us to msg them anytime we have questions and need something. The room was clean, 2 comfortable queen beds, clean bedsheets and blankets. Bathroom is cleaned and cute, enough towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen has everything we needed. Chantal has bread and jams, we belive it's homade jams, in the fridge, she has almond milk and regular milk, we were so happy and thankful. We used the hot tub one night, so good, felt so relax after hiking. We will recommend her place to our friends if they are looking for airbnb in the area.
