Extremely accommodating. very quiet and peaceful.

Very pleased with our stay as far as facilites and managment go, it is an up in comming area but is located in an older neighorhood, that being said we had no issues at all with that all was great, only issues we had was a barking dog all nite long from another guest then on our last night we had 5 or 6 FULL size 15 passenger huge vans in the parking lot and we had to park in a very dark parking lot down across the street did not feel comfrotable with that at all, again the place is very nice and the managers are great is was just the other guests. 5 stars for this place and would stay here again!

Fred was great! He was extremely flexible even after I accidentally booked the wrong dates! He was able to find a place for me very quickly at no charge even though it was my mistake! Definitely recommend! The location is in the north part of OKC and close to the mall, good eateries, ect ect!

Host was very proactive about getting information to me about checkin and out process. House was clean and had lots of space. Close drive to everything we wanted to do.

David and Thao were wonderful hosts! We arrived late at night and had no issues accessing the apartment with the easy check in instructions. The apartment was clean, simple and comfortable. We spent our nights there relaxing and were super comfortable in the living room on the roomy couch and cozy chair, eating delivery pizza and watching the huge tv! We were able to walk to Plaza District and Midtown with ease to access several fantastic restaurants, breweries, and cideries. The kitchen is simple and had what you need to make a meal (coffee pot, a few pots and pans, a few seasonings). But with so many great places to eat nearby, we didn't use anything other than the coffee pot. Really appreciated having Folgers coffee available for use on our first morning before we made it to a grocery store. Speaking of which, there is a Homeland grocery store across the street. We were in town for the Women's College World Series and will 100% be back!

This place was great. I am super thankful I was able to reserve with Tony at the last minute. Everything was great. Super comfortable beds. Thank you for everything! Will be back again soon.

Sarah was whom I communicated with and she was an absolute dream. They own so many properties that I have no idea how they manage to stay so attentive and professional but they do. I'll definitely be staying at other properties they run. This place was remarkable and perfect just for me. I telework and go onsite and so it's very important that I have reliable wifi. Sarah was very responsive with my needs. And I'm very grateful for her as my superhost. Thank you Sarah. 💖🙌💜 My last compliment, lol! I loved that not only did they have washer and dryers but they supplied the detergent. That was phenomenal! And they supply you with cleaning supplies so that's a plus as well. Definitely stay at one of their many properties. You won't be sorry.

Nicely furnished apartment in a good, quiet neighborhood. The apartment complex is a few blocks off of a major street, so noise was never an issue. I stayed here for a month and enjoyed the location and amenities in the surrounding neighborhood. The on-site property manager is very responsive to anything that is needed - I locked myself out one day and he was right there to let me back in. The property is well cared for. It's a little dated, but it's been well-maintained. Everything worked great and was very clean when I checked in. I can highly recommend this property for long term stays.

Lovely and very cozy place to stay for the night. Amazing hosts and communication. We were only in town for the night for an event but it was close to everything we needed. Would 100% recommend for any future stays.

Great stay! The building is a little run down on the outside, but the condo itself was gorgeous, clean, exactly as described and we all loved our stay! Had everything we needed and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Would definitely recommend!

A great stay in OKC. We stayed for the NBA Finals and the apartment was in the perfect location. It’s walkable and easy to navigate with OKCs grid system. Some minor issue we had was that there is no towel rack in the bath room so wet towel are a problem. There was also no bottom fitted sheet on the bed. Possibly a cleaning over site? The ac is powerful but must be kept on the lower side since the ceiling fans could not be adjusted. And the driveway is VERY steep. If you are in a sedan best stick to street parking to avoid the grinding on the fender of the car with the driveway coming down. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.
