3rd time staying and very happy! Great location in Knoxville and very comfortable! Lindsay is a great host and is very responsive. We felt right at home!

Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs had a terrific time during our 2-night stay here. The host was very responsive and easy to work with, the instructions and expectations were clear and reasonable, and the house was immaculate and just as pictured. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Wow what an amazing property! We had so much fun connecting with our grandsons. They could run around and play outside. We took nice walks and enjoyed the evenings outside relaxing. The inside space was perfect - wide open great room for meals and hanging out. Private space for kids, parents and grandparents. Thanks for having a great place for our family to spend a wonderful week!

My boyfriend, pup and I and needed a place to stay for the weekend at the last minute and Samantha was so accommodating with our very last minute request! The man cave was so comfortable and cozy and we felt right at home. The place is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The immediate area is very quiet and peaceful, but it's close to everything - 30 minutes from a beautiful lake and recreation area and there are lots of good restaurants around. I appreciated having a fenced in yard for my pup and he loved sniffing around the nice space. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

Had a short night stay, but the house was clean updated nice! Right off 75 and great for snowbirds and the like for a “half way stop” south! Had a business trip in Tn and it was a great location for us. Easy check in, clean, updated, great location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! We were so thankful that we were able to bring our dog with us! The setting was peaceful but, not too far from grocery stores! A great place to stay if you are looking to visit the Smokies or Knoxville!

The suite met our expectations. It had many nice features and was well kept. The location is within easy walking distance of a nice park.

David's cabin was absolutely stunning! The photos didn't do it justice - the spacious interior, breathtaking scenery, and perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility truly exceeded my expectations. As a cook, I was thrilled to find a fully stocked kitchen, and the A-frame design allowed for stunning views and plenty of natural light. The cabin's immaculate cleanliness was a bonus for my OCD tendencies! The beds were incredibly comfortable, a godsend for my bad back. The theater room downstairs was a huge hit with my grandkids and guests. David's responsiveness and accommodation, especially with our last-minute check-in, were greatly appreciated. We'll definitely be back - this cabin has earned a special place in our hearts. This is definitely not just a five star kind of place but an elegant stay.! Thank you so much, David for everything!

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

2nd time staying at Mike's. He's a great host with a nice place just outside of downtown Knoxville. His place is clean, comfy and has fast wifi. Mike is super responsive and has your best interest in mind.

Home was in great condition and in a great area with plenty of things around. We stayed one night for a local event and it was 5 minutes from the arena we attended and was super easy to get to even in the terrible traffic afterwards.

Was a beautiful cabin in the mountains. Lots to keep our kids entertained while the adults got to relax with the peace and quiet of nature. Cynthia was very attentive. We had everything we needed and the cabin was as described. A beautiful area to walk around if you are up for the challenge of hilly terrain. We were all sad to leave.

Truly felt right at home while staying at Tracy’s place! It was a quick visit to surprise my dad for his 80th birthday but we will definitely be back. The location was perfect—close to my parents in Lenoir City and also great areas to shop (Turkey Creek) and dine (Lakeside Tavern in Knoxville was our favorite!). Such a beautiful area! The home was so comfortable and had such great little touches and extras. A very simple layout— It was perfect for my husband and I. It was nice having a private entrance in this adorable little standalone home (which is on the owners property). Plenty of room to park and the property was overall stunning! We loved driving around seeing all the beauty the area has to offer! Everything was clean and so comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfy with a nice mattress topper that makes you want to linger in bed just a bit longer😉. It had everything we needed (and more!). We will definitely be back! Lovely stay! It is very comfortable inside and has a beautiful outdoor space which we enjoyed very much. The location is perfect as it is very private and peaceful, but within a short driving distance of anything we wanted to do in Knoxville. Jason was a great host and very responsive to any questions/requests.

We were in town just for one night but it was very convenient for the open water swim that we did in the morning. It’s near several restaurants. We didn’t explore the area as I would have liked to because we got in after 8pm and left for the swim at 6am, returned in time to only shower then hit the road back home, but it looked and sounded interesting. We had trouble a few times with the lock but Ken communicated a back up solution ahead of time which was helpful and comforting. We would stay here again if we do this race again, and if so, hopefully have a little more time to explore. Thank you!

Our stay was awesome! We were able to use the kitchen for meals and ate all together in the dining room with ease thanks to Heather lending us a high chair. We loved the animals and fresh berries, and we also enjoyed how easy it was for us to pop around local parks and attractions! Highly recommend to anyone, but especially if you have small children!

Clean, quiet, easy walking distance to University amenities. Parking should be included instead of extra, but free parking was nearby and relatively easy to find. Fun college neighborhood but location still felt safe and peaceful

Absolutely amazing host! We were traveling with our dog and needed an early check in and later checkout and Theodore was the most accommodating and helpful host. The space was perfect for what we needed and couldn’t recommend more. Thank you so much!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! We stayed for 5 days with 2 adults, a 2-year-old, and a dog. The house came with a high chair, stroller, and pack-and-play, which really saved space for our packing! We enjoyed the restaurants at Kern's Food Hall and along Sevier Ave that were fun to walk to (Hi-Fi Brewery is totally dog-friendly 🐶). The house was beautiful, and the view was amazing! We had a brief issue with the AC on our last day, which Stephen rectified and was very responsive.
