Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Downtown Kansas City

The location of Fritz’s place was perfect! A block from a coffee shop and park. Also close to the river and the library which made it ideal for our 7 year old niece. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

Tristan’s home was great for our family trip to attend a wedding. The home was very comfortable for our party of 5, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location is excellent and most everywhere we wanted to go was just a short drive away. At the same time, the area was quiet and felt private. Note that the home covers three stories, with the entrance and garage on the first floor, the living space, one bedroom, and one bath on the second floor, and two bedrooms and one bath on the third floor. I would be happy to stay again.

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The place was clean, comfortable and had essentials to make a meal. We were in town for a show at Uptown Theater and the location was perfect. Very walkable to other areas like Westport and approximately 15 min drive to other areas of KC (Crossroads, Rivermarket, 18th & Vine). Would stay again next time we’re needing to stay in the area.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of nearby places to walk to. We were in town for a graduation and it fit our needs well. I recommend future guests bring an eye mask due to ambient light from outside at night and bright sunshine in the mornings. We had some and were glad we did. Overall this is a great place, centrally located and good for groups.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

Concierge was very polite and helpful. Parking was very quick with easy access to the key fobs and elevator. The apartment was clean, cute and comfortable. Communication was top notch!

you can tell more about people when something goes a little wrong than when everything is perfect. There was a small mechanical issue with the pool and they sent the nicest person out to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure all our kiddos could continue to use the pool. even though it would have been much cheaper for them to close the pool. This speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. we would totally stay there again if we ever were in the KC area.

The house was cozy & comfortable, just enough room for us, nice furniture, clean bedding, plenty of pillows & blankets, private backyard, we felt safe, especially at night which was very comforting!! Very nice neighborhood, nice TV & surround sound! The pool was great, the showers were nice, easy to get to, Lee's Summit has just about everything you need so we never had to go far! Easy check in & out! Would recommend & we will probably be back in the future!

Great location and walkable to green spaces in KC. Loved having different places to relax in the space and very well kept and comfortable.

We were traveling as a family with a 1 year old. Crody's place was perfect. Having a high chair and pack-and-play was essential. Also the proximity to a park with a playground was great. Definitely a great place to stay.

We enjoyed this space so much! There are wonderful views of downtown and the loft is spacious. We greatly enjoyed using this space for our wedding weekend! It is nearby a lot of great restaurants and bars in the Crossroads which is a huge benefit. Parking on Saturday night/Sunday morning was slightly difficult to find but that’s apart of free parking downtown on weekends. Thank you for the wonderful weekend, we can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. It’s a 2 block walk to The Plaza which has so much to do and is a great area to walk around. Street parking was very easy right in front of the building. I would absolutely stay here if I come back to Kansas City!

Jaymi's Airbnb was a great place to stay during my vacation in Kansas City. It’s located in a safe area and a quick drive to restaurants, bars, and other activities. The home was very clean, the AC worked perfectly, and I had everything I needed during my stay. Would recommend!
