Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Greensboro

I enjoyed my stay at this location. It is an older apartment complex but the apartment was clean and cozy. Zain was very responsive with an issue we had and sent someone out to the apartment with an hour to fix it.

Im not gonna lie this place was wayyy better than I thought I would be, it was so good me and my friends decided to book an extra night 😂, it was clean, it smelled good. The kitchen was full of seasonings and cookware so we were able to make full meals without having to buy anything else besides groceries. He has lots of blankets which was perfect because me and my friends prefer our own blankets. The neighbors were so nice and friendly! Zain also made check in and everything easy, he even allowed us a later check in. He’s very good at communicating. Overall I would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay in this unit. Great place, very closely located to everything in High Point. Two private bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and two spotless, full baths. Shannon was very responsive when questions popped up throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay. The condo was bigger than I thought it’d be. Super clean. I felt very safe. Area is diverse and centrally located. The wrap around porch with rocking chairs was such a plus. It’s quiet and serene and the space is super cozy and clean and has everything you would need.

We loved the apartment—right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to everything. The host (Jeff) was very responsive and accommodated our requests to check in a little early and check out a little late. We would definitely stay here again!

Shannon was very welcoming and made my first trip a breeze! She was extremely communicative and friendly. I would most definitely stay again when back in the area!

This place is a GEM! It was right in the heart of downtown and everything was walkable. The place was super cute and charming! You can tell she really cares about the place, and goes out of her way to make guests feel welcomed. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance to come back in town! 10/10

More than what we were expecting! Everything was so clean, there were several sweet gifts around the apartment, and many recommendations listed for food, drinks and entertainment. It was the perfect weekend getaway!

absolutely wonderful stay. Victoria always responded quickly to my questions. she went out of her way to answer concerns I had about parking availability: sending me pictures and video. I was able to access the premises early to unload and meant Victoria in person. she is great. My daughter and I were at an event at the Carolina Theatre: Just a very short, easy, safe walk away. We felt safe in the building and apartment. the rental was clean, quiet, and quaint. everything one would need was furnished. there are coffee shops and restaurants merely steps from the premises. this was my first experience using an Airbnb, and Victoria made it extremely easy, and enjoyable. we will stay again next time we are in greensboro!

Karim gave clear instructions. Check in was easy. He messaged me to check in with me after we had arrived and to see if we needed anything. I received a call during our stay that my dad who had been battling cancer had taken a turn for the worse so we had to change our reservation and leave a few days early to get home. Karim was very accommodating and he changed my reservation quickly after I reached out and refunded the days we didn’t stay. I was able to make it home in time to say goodbye to my dad. We will definitely rent from Karim again!!

Very quiet and peaceful. Responded quick to our questions. Had everything we needed too. Also a cool little balcony to chill at!

Great place to stay near downtown. The bed is extremely comfortable and I like that they allow pets. Would stay again!

I stayed here for a month and a half, bringing just my dog and my clothes. The condo had everything else I could possibly need to make it feel like home! If I needed something or had questions, Vicki was very quick to respond! I didn’t have a single issue while staying here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long term rental! I’m looking at you, travel nurses 👀

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

Great location! 5 minutes from RJ Reynolds Auditorium. In the middle of everything, but very peaceful. Comfortable bed and free of clutter! Host is very responsive & helpful! We will 100% rent again next year m!

The stay was very good. The place clean and quiet area. Very close to the downtown spots.

We loved staying at Christy's place. Our son was graduating this weekend from HPU. The proximity to the school was amazing. It is also convenient to the stores and restaurants, but at the same time private and quiet. We wish we new about this four years ago! The home was clean and well equipped for all of our needs. First floor living and parking right out front was a plus. If we find ourselves in High Point in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Five stars all around! Thank you Christy!

stayed here for a business trip. Nicole’s place was very straightforward (in the best way). no fuss no frills, finding the place and getting in was easy. the place is a traintrack unit with 3 different rooms: living room, dining room, and bedroom. enough bed+sofa to comfortably fit 5 ppl. TV equipped with roku. Nicole even provided detergent for washer/dryer. My only (very minor) note was that we couldnt find any pots/pans in the unit. so we only cooked things that can be cooked in the microwave. but otherwise, all good!

Very quiet and cozy. It was very close and convenient to the activities my friend and I had planned for the weekend. I forgot to pack my travel fan for sleeping but we found a fan in each closet which was a life saver! This place was a perfect find.

Perfect location, clear and concise instructions for check in & check out, great communication all around. This is the perfect place to stay in downtown. Loved the fact that we could park our car in the garage when we arrived and walk/bike to everything in the city during our stay. We'd definitely love to stay again.
