Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Boise

Really enjoyed this tiny apartment in the beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood of Boise. Very private and comfortable.

We were in town for a friend's wedding and this place was the absolute perfect landing spot for us. It had everything we could think of, the bathroom was super nice, and there were a lot of goodies provided that were a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're coming to town for a quick trip!

Kam's loft was a great choice. It's super cozy, tons of sunlight, close to downtown and the bed was very comfortable!

Wonderful Stay in Boise!! We had a great experience staying at Eric’s place. From the beginning, he was easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable. The master bathroom was a real highlight—modern and well-designed. All the technology was straightforward and easy to use, which we appreciated. And the location couldn’t have been better for exploring Boise—it was the perfect home base for our visit. Loved the location! You can easily walk to the neighborhood bars/restaurants/ shops and ride your bike anywhere around town you need to go.

Lovely place, comfy bed and couch, excellent bathroom. The noise from the street outside is a bit distracting. However the owners are really lovely people and made us feel super welcome. Would definitely stay again.

The hosts, James and Megan, are amazing. I booked this property for some of my nursing students who were practicing at a local hospital - St. Luke's - which is a few blocks away. They offered guests use of bicycles they have available for guest. They even went as far as to bring them a slow cooker to use while they were there. Thank you, James and Megan!

Donna’s place is in a great neighborhood with lots of street parking available. The place is comfortable and has everything you need. I would stay here again!

Comfortable, quiet, peaceful apartment. One of the best equipped kitchens I have enjoyed in Airbnb rentals. Really nice cookware, nicer than most places. Lots of storage containers. Comfortable bed. Lots of closet space. Nice bathroom with good shower, good pressure and hot water. Good wifi. Good parking in the alley right by the entry door. 15 minutes of walking will get you to the super system of trails in the Foothills, and to grocery stores and many places to eat and/or drink. Good access from the freeway. Good communication with the host. Very nice neighborhood. It is not a large apartment, but perfect size for me as a solo traveler. For me there were no negatives to the apartment.

Nice place close to Boise State Campus and surrounding downtown Boise areas. Would recommend this place.

lovely place and a lovely host. we stayed for nearly 3 months and Judy was always available for any small issues.

Very nice, clean and comfortable house with fully fenced back yard for our dog. There are rental units in the basement and upper story, but these were not being used while we were there so there was no worrying about the squeaky bedroom floor or needing to share the back yard with other dogs. The neighborhood is beautiful with some restaurants within walking distance just a few blocks away. Wonderful experience. We would happily stay there again if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin & Sheila's farm. We actually stayed around a month(January) and we had everything we needed for our stay. My husband worked from the "office" so wi-fi was on point the whole time. We were always cozy and warm with plenty of linens/blankets. Cooking was easy with plenty pans and dishes. I did miss my dishwasher but it wasn't bad with just the two of us. We were able to take care of our laundry with the stackable washer and dryer, which we really appreciated since we stayed so long. The property is well taken care of and neat. Most everyday we saw turkeys, ducks, owls and other types of birds and they have the sweetest labs. It is upstairs for those who need different arrangements but it didn't bother us. I would definitely recommend Kevin and Sheila's place. The sunsets were amazing!! Thank you again for making your place available!!

Nice little place, very cute and clean, especially for a pet friendly place. There was never much noise and there’s a nice decently sized grass area for dogs to use. You can tell the host puts effort into maintaining and cleaning the place, the carpeting feels new. One of the few places I’d trust walking barefoot on the carpet! Billie was very friendly and responsive. Only cons are if you have more than one vehicle or very large/tall vehicles you’ll struggle with finding an open parking space and there’s a squeaky spot next to the kitchen entrance so if anyone is a light sleeper you might wake them.

We found Robert quick to answer questions and very helpful. The unit was as described. The location was surprisingly quiet. Overall a good experience and we would book this place again.

Fantastic place to stay in Boise! Everything is within 10 minutes' drive, the place is lovely and comfortable, and we really enjoyed being able to use the community pool, just a short walk away. Jacquie and Leah were super responsive and friendly, great recommendations for local places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Perfect for our family of 4!

We had a restful night in Bungalow 2 and thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic sunset from the pool. The mint field behind the property smelled wonderful. Everything we needed was there.

I've stayed in Marks properties before, but this specific one was brand new. I came in town on a last minute trip and needed something quick, and Mark was super helpful and responsive. As with the other properties of Marks I've stayed in, this place was great! Spotless and pristine, I had no regrets about the property. Mark was quick with responses to questions. Will definitely be staying again next time I'm in town!

A comfortable and modern room in a building with lots of amenities. We loved the pool deck the most. There is a grocery store, park, river, lake, trail, zoo, gardens, museum, and restaurants so close by - you will be right in the heart of Boise. The room itself makes great use of the space. Tall ceilings and a big bright window make you forget that you are in a studio.

Very clean, great amenities, and all within 1 mile of downtown main area.

The hosts were kind and responsive. The place was as described and super clean. The amenities were very helpful everything from bikes to beach towels and more. It was perfect for our stay and a nice little extra touch. It was walkable to downtown and access to the greenbelt but quiet at night. I would recommend and be happy to stay again.

Although it was just an overnight stay the studio flat was very clean and comfy bed for a decent nights sleep. Despite a last minute booking the host was quick to respond and instructions were clear. Many thanks!
