Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Baton Rouge

Fantastic townhouse located within close proximity to the hospitals, stores, restaurants and freeway. It was very peaceful and quiet.

My second stay and it was another lovely experience!!! Clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated, cozy & quiet with everything I needed. The beds are super comfy! Only suggestion I have (which I’m sure Tabetha has no control over) would be not to wake up guests with mowing & weeding at 7:00 a.m. That was the only negative experience. It is usually very quiet. Tabetha is always responsive & helpful and she is a wonderful host!!!

I loved staying here!! The layout was perfect and there was just enough space where it was comfortable. Everything worked perfectly and we didn’t have problems with anything.

booked this for the pool. enjoyed our stay, slept well, too! not walkable to restaurants, but is a very short drive either to downtown BR or to LSU...or other parts of town. if the weather is nice you're right by the levee and a paved walking path connecting downtown to LSU.

Had a good experience with the apartment. Great location in quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again

Great place to stay! Host was very nice and courteous! The place was very clean and accommodating to everything I needed to stay there! I would definitely stay there again!

This Airbnb was not only beautiful, but spacious! I appreciated the snacks as well as the washer and dryer! Everything was clean and neat. It may not be the nicest looking neighborhood but it’s very quiet and literally seconds from the highway. I even recommended this place to my mother who’s a local for a small getaway. Will stay again in the future.

Sheila's place was everything she said it was and more. the house was immaculate and well stocked. the little extras were great. the location was ideal. there were six of us and we were very comforts. we loved to sit in on the evening by the lake and watch the birds, ducks, fish and turtles. would highly recommend this home and would refineries go back.

Bryan's place was unexpectedly comfortable and homelike. It was spacious, well stocked, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It is tastefully and eclectically decorated as described, not cluttered, at all. The artwork is so interesting! We were grateful for a drip coffee maker and the provision of whole beans and a grinder. Also, the stove was gas rather than electric , which we really liked. Bryan was responsive and checkout was the simplest we have experienced. We would highly recommend renting Bryan's place

Elizabeth and her family were exemplary in every area. They were so hospitable and warm. The place was clean and comfortable. They are so many extra bonuses about this place to enjoy. They were so amazing that I experienced a sense of sadness when it was time to depart. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

We stayed from a Monday evening until Friday morning. Everything was wonderful! It looks just like the pictures in the listing. Our only "issues," though it wasn't a huge deal, was that the garage was not available to use like it says in the listing, the light switch/dial in the dining room does not work, and the shower in 2nd bathroom in the hallway has the Hot and Cold side labeled backwards. So when you have it on "H" you're actually running just cold water 😅 Otherwise, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely consider coming back!

We had a nice stay! Stephen was incredibly friendly and made check-in easy and stress-free. The place had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—central to everything, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short drive away.

Kasey was amazing!! I needed help changing plans and she was super helpful, and BEYOND accommodating. This is the 2nd time that I’ve stayed at Kasey’s house, it is very cozy, homey and was the perfect size for us. I told Kasey it was my son’s birthday trip and she gave me recommendations on activities and left him a surprise for when we got there. She went above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone!!

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable this condo was—it felt more like a home than a rental. Every room was thoughtfully decorated with stylish touches that gave the space a welcoming, modern vibe. The layout made it easy to relax, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ve already made a note to reserve it again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay! The hosts couldn't have been better. The location was out of the heavy traffic of Baton Rouge which is a bonus. We had all of the amenities we needed and the back patio was absolutely lovely. I especially enjoyed watching the hummingbirds! The neighborhood makes you feel like you are on a first class vacation and I enjoyed my walks. We have now found our "go to" spot in Baton Rouge. Our daughter is a junior at LSU and I wish I had found this place sooner. We will absolutely stay here again on our final visits for her senior year. We obviously highly recommend!

We were in town visiting family and Jim’s place was perfect. It was clean, all of the appliances worked well, and Jim was extremely communicative. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town!

Brenda was a rock star host! Simply the best ever! My husband even said it was the nicest airbnb that we’ve ever stayed in. Just what we needed for a stop over heading back to Texas.

The location was perfect and ideal and was a 10 min drive from the arena. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of. Very close to LSU activities. I believe the “longest” drive took 25 mins to the Mall, but that was mainly due to traffic. The place was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The complex is gated, making it feel even more safe. The building itself is very sound proof. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants living on the property. The only complaint we have, that is at no fault of Tiffany, is the road the property is located on - as it has a lot of potholes.

We have been so blessed and lucky to have found Sheryl’s place. Our first visit, 4 years ago as my daughter was starting her freshman year at LSU. Fast forward to our most recent stay this past weekend for graduation!! Such a great location. Always so clean, well stocked and comfortable. I love having the family all together. So much more reasonable than Grad weekend hotel pricing. Sheryl is so kind, thoughtful and very generous with her responsiveness! Wonderful host!! Thank you.

We enjoyed staying here for the 3 nights we were in town. It was perfect for 3 of us. Very spacious. I recommend staying here!
