Justin was a very responsive host! The studio was amazingly laid out for me and my guests!

Wow! The space was perfect for our family celebration! It looked like the pictures yet better. We were pleased with the space and accommodations. The word that came up, “thoughtful.” Everything was wall thought out and thoughtful— from coffee and creamer to hand and body soap. To all the towels we needed. It was perfect. Lovely. Lovely space. The neighbors were friendly too.

Stayed at Thaddeus’s place for a short girls trip and we were very pleased with everything! It was great for the 3 of us since there was a pull out couch. The location was perfect and felt safe, the place was clean and tidy, and it was stocked with lots of things in the kitchen that we needed to make our meals at home. Thaddeus was super responsive, helpful, and very kind! 10/10 recommend!!

A home away from home vibe! I even extended my trip for an extra day because I was just so comfortable and relaxed in this airbnb. It was super clean and I felt safe in it by myself. The Dove and Deer being right below it was convenient as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a charming little spot! Everything was clean and relaxing. Walkable to the Egg, historic Albany, and lots of great restaurants!

This was a great place to stay while working at the New York State Library for a week. I needed a place that was inexpensive and walkable but also somewhere where I could also work and write. It was clean and hassle-free. Aleks gave very thorough instructions but was otherwise hands-off unless I had a question and then he responded quickly. The apartment is in an urban environment but seemed perfectly safe. There is a Dunkin Donuts and great pizza place less than a block away as well as some popular bars, which made the whole area active but safe at night. It's a about 10 minute walk (down-hill) to the capital plaza. The parking place is a little inconvenient and frankly a little sketchy looking (behind the nearby Sunoco gas station and around the corner from the apartment), but it worked out great and saved me a lot of money on parking. I would definitely stay here again if I need to work in Albany again.

Joseph's place was just what I needed! Close proximity to friends and events! I was in town for events at the MVP arena, and this place is an easy Walk, or simple Drive down to the venue. With parking on the weekends being free, there was always a space outside of the place for my car and I had a great weekend, This place is well appointed clean, comfortable and properly situated for my needs. If you are coming to town for a show or something downtown, this is a great option, as the place is just what you need, Thanks!

This place worked out great accommodating me while I needed to be in Albany to help my mother start the process of listing her building. It was within walking distance of my mother’s building and that was tits. It needed some regular things like a mop, salt and pepper, adequate toilet paper, better instructions for recycling and garbage as my stay was 7 days and it accumulated. It really worked fine and was basic. Oh! And the bed was SUPER comfortable!!! Slept like a baby! And really, isn’t that what it’s all about, getting good sleep! Anyway, for the price and location it made perfect sense and it was money well spent on that accommodation.

Nice apartment in a quiet part of Troy. Apartment had charm and the beds were comfortable. Easy to walk to the universities and downtown area. Great for our stay.

The place was conveniently located. Good amount of space, technology worked, and it was fairly priced.

Easy check in and checkout, host was extremely helpful and responsive! Place was very tidy/clean, great amenities and little extras! Parking situation and getting in and out was easy/breezy. Overall, a great peaceful hang, would recommend!

Enjoyed my stay for one night. A small room with bed, dresser, and closet was exactly what i needed while traveling. The apartment also had two full nice bathrooms and full kitchen. I was the only guest for the night and had the entire place to myself. A great deal for the price!

I chose this place based on its homey description and modern layout. The hot tub was the cherry on top and a great way to unwind after a long day of driving. Very peaceful surroundings. Slept like a baby. Would definitely stay again. A few tips (not negatives, just good to know): the front door sticks a bit so give it a nice push to open, the shower and bathroom faucets take a few minutes to warm up and the bed’s mattress/pillows are on the softer end. I personally liked it and slept really well.

Ronnie’s place was just what we were looking for. A comfortable place for 5 of us to rest and chat while doing other activities in the area. We got to enjoy the hot tub, covered away from the rain, and played board games indoors. We were also able to prepare a steak dinner on the grill and using the fully furnished kitchen. The neighborhood was a little drab, but his space was a pleasant oasis from it. Still fine to walk around during the day. The neighbors above could be heard walking inside, but this was expected and they didn’t bother us on our vacation. Though they did park a little close for us to comfortably fit in our 3 cars into the 4 slots allowed. But street parking was also fine directly in front of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our time spent at his place, and he kept it neat and accommodating. A great value when you want a hot tub, 1.5 baths, a grill, comfortable queen beds, and pull out. I wish the weather was better for us to enjoy more of his furnished patio space.

My son recently graduated from RPI, and I needed to find a place that would be comfortable for my parents - who are in their 80’s - for a 4 night stay over graduation/Mother’s Day weekend. Miriam’s place was a short drive from my son’s apt and the campus, so I booked it. It was perfect! My parents had the spacious unit downstairs with plenty of room to move around, and I stocked with their fav snacks. My brother and I had the upstairs unit, which was equally as comfortable. Each unit had two bedrooms and a full kitchen. One callout, the stairs up to the second unit are small, so make sure there are no mobility issues. Miriam is a joy and a fantastic host! We were in touch all weekend and had a chance to meet in person. She was so welcoming and helpful! A hotel would have been a disaster- cramped in small rooms over Mother’s Day weekend, trying to accommodate meals and space to unwind. I’m so happy I found this quaint, comfortable place to enjoy this very special weekend.

The house perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Had everything we needed. Host was responsive when we needed anything. Will stay there again for sure. Great place.
