The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

This home is exactly as listed. It's in a peaceful and beautiful location but still close to everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were especially nice and the beds were super comfy.

We stayed as a family of 8, and all of us loved the place! The house is spacious and so comfortable. Since Travis and Kim live across the street, it was nice to shake hands and talk for a bit. The house’s location for our primary objective - Silverwood - contributed to our fondness for the beautiful setting. Thank you!

David and Stacey hosted me. They were very responsive and quick to reply. They had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. They even had cute kit for ones bathroom, kitchen, and laundry necessities. The neighborhood was overall peaceful and quiet. It was also nice to have a grocery store and some restaurants that were only a few miles up the road. I definitely recommend!! 5 Star review from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for hosting me. 😊

We stayed for one night and Hannah allowed us to have early check in and late check out for a small fee which was really nice! The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were comfortable, multiple sitting areas throughout the house, and the pool and patio were amazing! Will book here again for large group!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals in much of the country and this is one of the best. It is exactly as described, maybe better! Everything is clean and fresh and it has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is labeled so it's fast & easy to put things away. Bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. It's a lovely setting overlooking the pond and very relaxing. We could (and did) sit on the patio and watch the surroundings for hours. Kyle & Tara have created a great "home away from home".

There are a few maintenance items that should be looked into, and some parts of the house were smudged/dirty like the TV screen in the living room, and the cooktop. Make sure you are checking all emails and texts! All of your instructions for getting into the home are on their website page for you, so getting in (door code) was a bit confusing compared to other Airbnbs we have stayed in. That site has everything you need, check-in and out, WiFi, door and gate codes, etc. I just didn’t know to look there at first. Thanks for a great stay!

was there on a fishing trip . parking boats is a little tight. but manageable. had a great time. would book it again if we are back in that area.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the house was beautiful and so was the scenery. Plenty of stuff to do in the area and also at the house! Ann was an amazing host who was very easy to contact if we needed anything. If we’re ever in the area we’ll be staying here again no doubt about it!

This house was perfect for our needs before and after skiing at Schweitzer. Everything was immaculate and we enjoyed the spacious layout. Plenty of room for small kids to run around on one level + a fully fenced backyard that was full of fresh snow when we arrived! ☃️

This was the perfect home for me and my gaggle of teenagers I brought to Silverwood. In hindsight I may have brought groceries and cooked there as it has everything you could need to feed folks right there. Beautiful, clean, well kept home. My only complaint would be the 10:00 check out as it’s just tough to pull off when you want to sleep in. I always love and appreciate an 11:00 check out. I will definitely recommend this place and try to book it again when we come back!

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

Place just as described, it has everything you need. it was super clean and peaceful. great place to take the kids, with lots of animals, toys and games. our family had a great time. Host was great at accommodating us and very friendly.

James home was absolutely lovely! Everything was very clean and organized, we felt right at home. We had some issues with the fireplace but once we let James know about it, he came over within a couple hours to help fix it for us. He was very helpful and responsive and the location of the house was great. No more than 5-10 min from everything you need in town, we would definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough about this place. It is literally heaven on earth. Not only is the host extremely nice and easy to get in touch with, her space is AMAZING. Everything was clean, organized, she had everything you could need. One night we planned on going downtown Sandpoint and we opted to stay at the cabin to enjoy it because it was so cozy and enjoyable. We will be back! This place is an absolute must!!!!!

The hot tub was delightful and perfectly situated to maximize the amazing views seen from all over the house. We even enjoyed the deck chairs on a sunny winter day. Inside, the separately controlled thermostats did not go unnoticed by me (hot mama.)😉. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, especially things like crockpot, oil, sugar, flour and ziplock bags. My daughter in law the awesome cook, especially loved the spices. A 2 cup liquid measuring cup and a water pitcher would make kitchen perfect in my opinion. The recent remodeling was lovely. The bedrooms are large enough to get around with suitcases, etc. The laundry room, hallway and pantry provided plenty of space to spread out and organize Christmas gifts, etc. Extra space is a rare commodity in most rentals. The beds were all very comfy. The remodeled bathrooms sparkled and we loved the higher vanities. An extra towel bar/ring by the sinks and a robe hook would be useful and I'm certain on the "to do " list since remodeling

Very responsive host, he was very helpful with answering any questions. The house is great, surrounded with wild life, some spaces such as the bathrooms are due for an update for you city folk.. but we all loved our stay and highly recommend.

We had a great time at Chuck and Nancy’s! Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place in Sandpoint close to downtown! I would definitely rebook for next year😊

Our stay at Jen’s place was great! We were there for over a month and we felt so comfortable. The space was very clean and well appointed with everything that we needed and the location was convenient. Jen was great to work with and clearly communicated everything that we needed to know about the space. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We thought the house was fantastic! There were seven of us all together, and we could gather inside comfortably and outside comfortably with us all. We could also find spaces away from each other when needed. Beautiful home decor with very comfortable furniture. We loved the kayaks, we had great weather to spend a lot of time outside on the dock, and in the water. Thank you for giving us access. We appreciate it and enjoyed priest very much.
