Unique roomy apartment with private yard, well equipped kitchen, extremely quiet and dark for sleeping. The lower level was more comfortable after running the dehumidifier because of the large stone wall foundations. This gives it character and coolness. We even played one of the games provided. Very thoughtful hosts.

José is a considerate, pleasant host speaks impeccable French in addition, José is of rare honesty i forgot a pouch with money I thought I'd lost, and he called me to let me know. we turned around to pick it up a big thank you to José

Ana's house in Vila Nova de Gaia was ideal for me. It is in a very peaceful location, but close to public transport and a very short walk to the river. It was recently refurbished and it shows. The kitchen has everything you need, fast internet in case you have to work from here, and plenty of sunshine in the outside space, as well as a stunning view of the Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar on the "first floor" balcony. Ana was responsive and always helped when needed. I highly recommend this house if you are looking to visit Porto for a short or long period, however you want to stay somewhere peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Porto.

Proximity to the Douro River with views up and down the valley and outdoor spaces including the wonderful swimming pool with great views and barbecue area made for a very relaxing holiday. There is no Aircon but thick granite walls and open shutters allow the natural breeze to keep the house cool even when it's 35C plus outside. I think I left a board game called Genius Square behind and wish it to remain there. have a good if you stay.

This place is very nice...comfortable, clean, spacious and well-equipped. It's quiet. Porto center spit in 30min walk or by bus...it's still convenient. Possibility to park in a large convenient parking lot and nearby for €10 or 15 depending on the size of the vehicle. The Eddie comminication is perfect and fast! We recommend this accommodation.

Very comfortable apartment and it was great to have the lockup garage with our rental car. Supermarket and bakery nearby. No problem to walk down the hill into town.

A wonderful stay! The place is about half an hour from Porto, easy drive. As expected right on the beach with a view that we can never get tired of. Smooth check in and the place was super clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there are shutters to block the light if you like to sleep in. Noise from board walk doesn't get to the bed rooms. Kitchen was great so easy breakfasts, coffee and reheating food. Great access to beach toys and umbrellas for beach days. The host was very accommodating and responsive which we hugely appreciated. There are lots of lovely restaurants around and we spent a couple days in the city, some in the hills and some enjoying the coast. It's a perfect mix of city break with the beach air. Thank you for an amazing stay, highly recommended.

A very charming little space, nicely decorated and clean. In an interesting, not touristy neighborhood, but still easily accessible on foot or by bus or metro. We really enjoyed it!

A beautiful house with everything you need, the jacuzzi and the pool are a plus, and everything was very clean and new. Communicating with stephanie was very easy and she was very kind, if we return to the area we will definitely stay there again

What to say if not excellent!!! very nice house nickel, the more is the summer kitchen with barbecue to enjoy the outdoors, the washer-dryer plus 1 other for people who are there several days, really nothing to complain about, to recommend without problem!!!! thank you Delfim

We stayed one night after hiking in the area. The location is perfect and the house is as described. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a quiet stay with lots of nature-related things to do close by.

Absolutely stunning place!! The Airbnb was accurately described so we knew what to expect. Communication was amazing too, with the host providing us with a list of recommendations for the area.

Marisa was the absolutely perfect host, I can't believe how responsive and flexible she was on check in and every moment after! Lovely house, great sparkling clean pool and everything you could possibly wasn with regards to provision in the kitchen, bathroom etc. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property and Marisa to anyone looking to do the Douro Valley. Godim is a little out of the way but it has enough when you are out doing wineries everyday. The property was spacious, had a car garage, airconditioning was good and all the provisions in both the kitchen and bathrooms were perfect. We really felt at home. Marisa is the BEST host, she baked this amazing cake for us [which we ate!!] and had a fabulous hamper with wine and goodies to treat us while we stayed. We had a few questions in the beginning and she responded immediately and offered to come around anytime if needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

We are already repeaters of this space. We loved the house, excellent amenities and its location is fantastic. Dario was as excellent as ever. Centrally located, easy to walk through one of Porto's historic areas. Let's go back, thank you for everything

The house exceeded all expectations — very clean, well organized and equipped with everything we needed (and even more!). The host and mother were extremely helpful, always available, friendly and welcoming. It was an excellent stay, and we definitely want to repeat the experience in the future!

We needed peace and connection and we were served. Rita and Miguel were as discreet as they were responsive to our requests. The pool is super nice with a very nice view . The space was ideally suited to our needs.

We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The house is exactly as in the photos - clean, well decorated and very cozy. We felt at home from the very first moment. The location is excellent, quiet and perfect for resting, but still close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was impeccable, always available and friendly.
