Very nice and clean place. It is as per description and the photos are accurate. They seem to be strict about Moroccan law on unmarried couples and even have a camera at the door. Non issue for me, but it might be for some.

stunning villa. big and nice. The cinema is a real plus with access to netflix and youtube. the location is very good - outside Marrakech and close by car. we were able to park our cars without any worries: 1 inside and the other on the parking driveway. the place is monitored. Jamel is very responsive and attentive. Rachida is a great cook too. great experience - which I would recommend and would do again.

We had an amazing time at the villa. The pictures don’t do it justice and is better in person. Clean and tidy place. Ample space for us all. Safe place as the area has its own security. I definitely recommend going for the cook and maid. Aziza and Fatimah made our stay exceptional with their hospitality. They were very helpful and made delicious food for us all which we enjoyed at breakfast and lunch. (Definitely recommend the tagines).

Omar is a very welcoming host. The accommodation is very well equipped, very clean, very well maintained. The house has direct access to the large beach. It is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. There is a small shop nearby. Parking is free and you can park in front of the house. I highly recommend this little paradise.

Absolutely lovely home. Much better than the photos. Very clean, the lady that was cleaning the house made us feel so comfortable and at ease. It was literally our home for the week. She was so kind and helpful and caring. Saeed the guy I was corresponding is very kind and helpful. He made us feel very comfortable, answered all our queries. With a delayed flight, he found us emergency accommodation for an extra night without a question. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so kind and caring. Lovely people, lovely country! Absolutely will be recommending to my friends and family & will book again for sure. Kind security, kind driver and kind house lady. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special

Hajiba’s house was so beautiful it looks exactly like the pictures I would recommend to book 100%. The master bedroom was so lovely with the balcony. The house itself was really spacious and tidy and had everything we needed. Hajiba was a perfect host communication was amazing you could literally message her at 2am and she would reply. She was so lovely and attentive. If you are looking for a place to stay in Marrakesh Hajiba’s place is perfect it’s family friendly if you go with friends it’s also perfect. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back to Morocco and hopefully stay at Hajiba’s place.

A very nice stay in an ideal house to rest and enjoy the quiet setting while staying 20 minutes' drive from the effervescent Jamaa El Fnaa square.

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful Villa! It is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool table, swimming pool and the room with the projector were really fabulous. At the time of our stay, only YouTube videos were available though. We also enjoyed the breakfasts every morning; bread, pancakes and eggs. At less than 10 minutes walking distance, there is a small supermarket and a great bakery. Driving time to the medina is about 10-15 minutes by taxi. In short, I can surely recommend this place.

Simon was so wonderful and the check-in was so smooth Zahra was so special and amazing made us a lovely breakfast every morning. The whole communication was amazing. They even got us groceries that were there upon arrival. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this. Riyadh the air-conditioning worked great the rooms were wonderful and we had an amazing amazing time highly recommend.

Hey ! Hicham was great 👍 communicative & very helpful. Always answer his phone & he always was around ready to help . He offered pick up from the airport- waiting for me on time. Nothing was a problem for him . Very happy with my accommodations.

Very good communication with Cédric from the beginning, and any doubt or suggestion resolved it without any problem. The apartment is great , very comfortable and has everything we need. It also has super markets like the Carrefour and nearby shopping centers. Also close to sightseeing. I recommend it at 100x100.

The apt has a really good vibe to it and makes you not wish to leave. It's very comfortable and well equipped. it's excellently located and very central making many places walkable yet it's peaceful and away from noise. the sound of the frogs from jardin majorelle in the distance is really magical. And nouzha is very responsive and helpful. a great place

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The apartment is spacious and clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning... overlooking the beach and a large, clean swimming pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. The place is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it feel just like home. The gated community is safe and quiet, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Located near the airport, which we were looking for for an early morning departure. The apartment is perfect for a family, we were 6 people. It is clean and corresponds exactly to the photos. In addition, Abdel is responsive and very friendly.

The host Hilba was excellent and remained in contact with me through out my stay to ensure everything was ok. I requested an iron to iron my shirts and Hilba organised one to be delivered immediately. Excellent stay for my short time in Marrakesh, thank you Hilba :)
