Small Douglas seafront Guest House.

Small, friendly family run B&B right on Douglas Promenade - 8 rooms, all our rooms are en-suite, tea &coffee making facilities, fresh bottle water daily, fridges, hairdryer, central heating and free Wi-Fi. Parking outside on promenade there is no reserved spaces disc is needed at certain times. Five minutes from ferry terminal, town centre at rear and beach/promenade in front of us. LOCATION We are ideally located on the promenade of the Island's capital of Douglas, adjacent to the main shopping area, and only a few minutes walk from the main Financial Sector; the Sea Terminal, the Victorian Gaiety Theatre and the Villa Marina entertainment complex. If you are visiting the Island for pleasure, Douglas is the centre for entertainment, sport, and transportation. From Cubbon House,a wide variety of restaurants,cafes,and pubs are available within a short walk, allowing you the opportunity to dispense with the use of your car during the evening. For sightseeing without the use of a vehicle, the horse trams (summer only) and the buses stop right outside our front door. Also during the summer months you can go sightseeing by electric tram, steam railway, by coach, or even by boat. Should business be the reason for your visit, the majority of the Island's companies are located in Douglas. As Cubbon House is in the centre of the town, you can visit a large number of them on foot which is very time efficient. ROOMS All rooms are en-suite, with tea and coffee making facilities, fresh bottle water, hair dryer, fridge, free Wi-Fi, central heating and a flat screen TV's. There are a selection of single, double and twin rooms available, By the use of an additional, outer, lockable door, two rooms can be used by a family where the children are in their own room but they can be kept under supervision. The combination of family rooms available is a twin plus a double (with sea views] or a twin plus a single (without sea views].

It features a bedroom, shower room , open plan sitting room (with bed settee) with kitchen and a dining conservatory opening to small sunny patio with BBQ, patio furniture and sunbeds with distant sea views There is off-street parking available. The Annex is now available for TT fortnight 2024 up to 15 nights till June 11 for £1800. Garage available if required for bikes

Private barn in the beautiful Manx countryside.

Our 'home from home barn' is easily accessible to the village of Laxey close to the beach and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Ideal as a base for walkers, cyclists and motor cycle visitors. Older children can be accommodated on our comfortable double sofa bed. We have a secure garage in which to store bikes. Full continental breakfast available, tea and coffee facilities. Please note, we don't have cooking facilities, only a kettle and a fridge.

Beds are available as twin, double or single. Shared bathroom (toilet, bath/shower) and kitchen with myself and my partner. Map & tourist information leaflets are also available and on display. Property is close to bus stops for town centre, with shops, a post office, 2 Chinese takeaways, one pub and one restaurant pub nearby.

Superking en-suite with river views

Centrally located & ideally suited for exploring the island. Overlooking the river, a comfortable super king bed with feather duvet & pillows with cotton linens. The en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. A 2nd bedroom is available at additional cost but must share the bathroom and has use of the downstairs cloakroom. I will contact you to confirm what you like to eat for breakfast. We have 2 friendly house cats and 2 golden retrievers not allowed in guest rooms.

The cottage has been renovated recently to a high standard and a sun lounge has been added so that you can enjoy the views - and, hopefully, sunsets - over Bradda Head. Pure magic!

Ben was a fantastic host and super helpful. He answered all of my many questions and was so friendly and down to earth guy. The room was lovely, clean and super comfy. Breakfast was lovely too. Wonderful neighbourhood and Great location with bus stops and Steam railway close by. I hired a bike for my stay and Ben offered that I could keep it in his garage or in the garden. Thanks for a lovely stay, would highly recommend 😀

We really loved staying at Zara's place for the 2024 TT. Both, Zara and Simon, always went above and beyond to make sure all their guests are happy. The breakfast was very delicious and and they always served generous portions. The property is very large and there's lots of space to park your bike. The house is very unique and comfortable and decorated with surprisingly interesting items. The tents were prepared in a very cosy way and firewood was provided everyday for having a campfire. Close by there are plenty of spectacular spots to watch the TT as well as a Spar market for shopping and a couple of good pubs. Zara will provide a super helpful Google document to help organise your trip and show you all the important/interesting places on the island. We arrived as guests and left as friends. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, Zara was extremely helpful and responsive. We stayed during the TT and she provided us with loads of local knowledge which was invaluable. Great breakfast, followed up by a nice touch of tea and freshly baked cake in the afternoon. Really interesting host and house. We would definitely stay again.

La maison est isolée pas facile à trouver. Le GPS dit"la prochaine à droite". Moi je me dit "t'es sûr c'est un chemin au milieu des champs ! ". Au bout du chemin il y a bien une maison. Un super accueil. Il y a plein d'animaux (paons, poules,lapins, chevaux). On se sent comme à la maison. A l'intérieur, on ne sait pas où regarder: il y a des objets, des livres les plus diverses. Endroit que nous n'aurions jamais trouvé si nous étions restés toujours au même endroit. L'île est petite mais grande par sa diversité. Un moment agréable de calme, éloigné de la ville et du TT. Le petit déjeuner est généreux, l'hôte s'adapte (étant français, on a des difficultés avec le petit déjeuner typique anglais).
