Ud over de over 200 boligkvadratmeter har I tillige adgang til en gammel skolestue, som skal renoveres - den kan dog anvendes til leg og aktiviteter. Der er i boligen brændeovn samt, i TV-stuen (uden dør), en sovesofa, som en del af de angivne sengepladser. Kæledyr er velkomne.
