Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wir würden wieder hinfahren. Zu zweit hatte das Cottage eine wunderbare Größe, ein weiteres Bett müsste im Wohnraum/Küche ausgezogen werden. Ende April war das Wetter schon sehr gut und wir hatten Glück dass auch der Pool bereits geöffnet hatte. Es waren wenig andere Urlauber in den umliegenden Häusern und deshalb war es schön ruhig. Da die Häuser recht nah aneinander liegen und der Pool nah ist denke ich, dass es in der Hauptsaison schon etwas lebhafter und lauter wird. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Berg, man kann gut zum Strand laufen, aber es ist schon sehr steil. Einen vollen Kinderwagen würde ich nicht hochschieben. Fiamma war immer erreichbar, hat uns einen tollen Ausflugtipp gegeben und hat sofort reagiert, als wir plötzlich kein Wasser mehr hatten. Danke nochmal ☺️

Désagrément à l'arrivée : réception demandant un voucher que nous n'avions pas, obligation de payer le linge et la taxe de séjour non indiqué dans l'annonce, Sara injoignable. Nous avons demander à AirBnb d'intervenir et nous avons rapidement été remboursé du linge. Surclassés dans un appartement avec 3 chambres au lieu de 2 et une grande terrasse très agréable. L'appartement est spacieux. L'équipement correspond à l'annonce. Il manque un micro-onde qui serait bien pratique. La résidence était très calme. Nous avons très apprécié la piscine durant notre séjour, il y a aussi des tables et des chaises dans un jardin commun agréable. L'emplacement est bien, un peu loin de la plage (15-20min à pied pour la plus proche), a proximité, il y a 3 supermarchés (5-7min à pied environ pour les 3), de nombreux restaurant et glaciers sur la route de la plage. Il y a de magnifiques plages en marchant un peu vers le Nord et on est juste à côté de la réserve naturelle de Biderosa : un must !

Vi er lige kommet hjem fra Monicas dejlige hus ved Tertenia Beach. Vi har nydt den dejlige udsigt og den ro stedet har. Samtidig har Monica været behjælpelig og hurtig kommet med en ny gasflaske, da den gamle ikke havde mere gas. Huset er i fin stand og meget rent. Vi nød specielt den udendørs bruser, hvor vi kunne blive skyllet efter strandturene samtidig med en fantastisk udsigt over middelhavet. Det bør nævnes at Zinnibiri ligger et sted hvor det er nødvendigt med en bil for at komme til strand, indkøb, restauranter med mere. Tak for nogle dejlige dage i Monicas hus.

We had the most wonderful stay at Anna's Airbnb! The house really felt like a home, filled with books, paintings and an amazing array of kitchen utensils - we definitely settled in right away! We really look forward to returning one day, to enjoy the amazing sunrises whilst taking a dip in the pool. Thanks Anna!

Das geräumige Haus mit hohen Decken liegt in einem duftenden Kräuter- und Olivenhain mit der schönen Möglichkeit Tiere zu füttern, was unsere Kinder geliebt haben. Die Terrasse bietet reichlich Platz zum Ausruhen, die hintere Terrasse sogar einen Pool, der die Kinder sehr fasziniert hat. Gabriele ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war einfach. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthalt zu 100% und kommen gerne wieder. Danke

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. nice house with a beautiful view from the living room and bedroom. clean, spacious bathroom. tricky parking in the area, very tight turns. you cannot park in the garage. the host was good at communicating and kindly let us check out later on the last day.

Sehr schöne große und klimatisierte Unterkunft mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, super Lage und sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Franca et Paolo ont été très accueillants et le logement est agréable à vivre. Bien situé, au calme, on peut descendre à la mer à pied. Parking assuré juste à côté de la maison. Les lits sont confortables, le salon et la terrasse sont agréables. Faire une lessive est très facile et il y a vraiment tous les produits à disposition. Finalement un très bon séjour.

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer! Man ist ganz für sich und kann komplett entspannen! Alles ist wunderbar eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause! Man braucht natürlich ein Auto aber damit sind wunderschöne Strände in 10-15 Minuten erreicht- absolut empfehlenswert! Giovi&Nic haben sich rührend gekümmert und waren fast wie Freunde, die man noch nicht kannte. Ein rundum empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

This place is sensational and outstanding. The children’s room has plenty of toys which are all in very good condition and were suitable for our kid’s ages (3 and 6 yo). Outside there were a trampoline, beach toys, slide. The porch is huge and there is a garden with apple, pear, figs, etc to explore. Plenty necessities were present that you would also have in your home: shampoos and shower gels in the bathroom , oil, vinegar, herbs in the kitchen; detergents, washing liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc. Handkerchiefs and first aid kit. All the little details made the place very lively. The area is rural and you definitely need a car. But you will be rewarded with spacious beaches. We definitely recommend this place which is perfect for families! It offers best conditions for relaxation and recreation.

Paola and her parents were a pleasure to interact with. This made for a much warmer, homely experience. Also how often do you get greeted with some organic lemon pie in your fridge, made from lemons grown on the property? So cool. The apartment itself was excellent and allowed easy access to Tortolì and surrounding beaches. The presence of beach umbrellas and towels made going to the beach much easier and enjoyable. So to summarize: super responsive host, very well equipped apartment in a great location. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Appartement. Da wir nur zwei Tage da waren, konnten wir es nicht voll auskosten. Ansonsten war alles bestens und super entspannt. Würden die Wohnung bzw. Anlage empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und entspricht den Bildern. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Federica Antwortet schnell und ist sehr Hilfsbereit. Der Ausenbereich ist grosszügig und wird durch einen Pool ergänzt. Die Unterkunft von innen ist schön eingerichtet und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgetsattet. Wir würden es wieder Buchen.

Wow! What a stunning location, beautiful sea view at the front and mountains to the back. A lovely terrace to enjoy them from and a spotless, well equipped property. The photos can not do it justice. Lovely and peaceful location with a great infinity pool to use as well. Antonio was very helpful from start to finish, thank you.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Antonio und seiner Frau Luana. Urlaub mitten im Olivenhain in der traumhaften sardischen Landschaft. Trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse konnten wir uns gut verständigen und all unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Der Pool ist groß und verfügt über viele Liegeplätze. Der Höhepunkt war das traditionell sardische Abendessen in mehreren Gängen, welches wir spontan hinzu buchen konnten. Das Wlan reicht nicht bis in die unteren Zimmer man kann es aber auf der Terrasse nutzen. Bei Regen gibt es im Tal keinen Empfang, also der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Maurizio was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met tips voor bijv restaurant . Het complex is zeer privé, slechts 2 appartementen en rustig. Zwembad is brand new. Appartement is voldoende uitgerust en schoon. Ook zeker een aanrader om bijv met 2 gezinnen beide appartementen te boeken.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!
