Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small ,fine holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of our residential building. The holiday apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen was divided. Kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle and filter coffee machine , as well as usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) as well as a few small cupboards. There is also a beautiful shower room.

Guest apartment at Thormann Villa

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The well-known architect Thormann built the villa in 1860 as his residence. The villa is located in the center of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the port worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger in. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , Poel Island or Kühlungsborn.

Comfort apartment close to the beach to feel good

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Apartment and fitter apartment, central location!

Wismar, the old Hanseatic city on the Baltic Sea, the old house from 1921 was lovingly renovated by me and Björn (my son). It is very central, you are very quickly at the harbor and in the shopping mile. Bicycles can be parked in the small yard. Next year we want to renovate the farm. Parking in front of the house with a fee, to unload ok. Then drive to the Schiffbauerdamm. There are two parking spaces. One with fees and one without.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. My accommodation is in the middle of the historical center, the park and the "nightlife" is within walking distance. You will love my accommodation because of the view, the cosiness and the great location. My accommodation is well suited for couples and solo travelers. A second, smaller bedroom with a bed is available for a third person. One child from 12 years is welcome.
