Love the beautiful, big, spacious yet warm, and cozy surroundings of this home. Charming and an old world feel while being clean and comfortable. Artistic touches throughout the home add a feel of the whimsical. Wonderful backyard and patio are a delight. Lots of extras make this stay so enjoyable. All to be found in the quaint town of Walterboro. A perfect stop over on our way down to Florida. Who could ask for more?! I’ll be back!

Thank you for sharing your unique little slice of the Low Country with us at the “Riverhouse Retreat on the Edisto. This well equipped property has everything you could want, including a wonderful river view, to make for an enjoyable stay. We found, nearby, the Cottageville Good Eats to be a great local restaurant with sandwiches, pizza and a fun Karaoke night. We were left a delicious Quiche, Applesauce Spice Bread and the special treat for our dog. Also, fresh eggs which made for a great breakfast. The hospitality and communication from our host found at “Riverhouse Retreat” will spoil you as it is far above what you will find at most other AirBnB’s.

Michelle was a wonderful host who went out of her way to accommodate us when we needed an extra night due to a pet emergency. The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for our stay. As a bonus, it was also close to a veterinary emergency room, which made a stressful situation a little easier. The home had a fun, funky, nostalgic vibe that made it unique and memorable. We didn’t spend much time at the house during the day because of the nature of our visit, but the beds were very comfy, and it was a great place to relax at the end of the day. We really appreciated Michelle's kindness and flexibility!

We had a wonderful spring break enjoying their beautiful house. Sitting on the deck enjoying the river and wild life, especially the birds ❤️ the house had everything you could possibly need plus lots of activities for the children. I highly recommend their house.

The place was great! Easy to get to out of crazy traffic! Easy to get out to go do stuff! Affordable! Beds were comfortable! Nice backyard! Would definitely rent again!!!

Ashley was a great host and the house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway or a good fishing trip! We came in town for a few days fishing and it was perfect for our stay. Very easy to get to boat ramps, and to get around Cross area. Beds are comfortable and everything has been updated and very homey feeling.

Perfect location! Within minutes of multiple restaurants and shopping. Iris was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Would recommend booking with Iris and this property.

Master bed was very comfortable, kitchen and linens was well stocked and bathrooms/bedrooms were clean. We felt very comfortable staying here and it was central to most of the things we wanted to do. Thank you!

Very spacious area. Loved that the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed to prepare my own meals and also had a dishwasher. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for everything I needed. Susan was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again if available on my future trips.

We loved the Tica house! Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet safe neighborhood. Plenty of room to move around, my mother is on a walker and was able to navigate around without any problems. Pool was beautiful and clean, lots of outdoor seating, game room was lots of fun! A few things to know, there was a supply of laundry soap, dryer sheets and dish soap! You may want to bring a dish rag or two and dish towels, there are only two dish towels and no dishrags to wash dishes with. There were two mixers but no beaters to go in them, but there was a kitchen aid! I think they need to go thru and get rid of what isn’t usable. They do provide a toaster and an air fryer so very convenient for cooking. We would definitely stay here again! Jennifer was very easy to work with!

Loved the location and atmosphere gave us easy access. The kitchen was very nice as well bedrooms with big closets. It was really nice having 2 bathrooms plus towels /washcloths. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in our living space and the great swimming pool. All of us would like to return. Our thanks for a great visit.

The house was clean and beautiful. The only thing i would add is a bed in the office area to complete the house. Also, the lawn chairs need a little love. I will definitely stay here again! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable

We had a great stay, the space was perfectly located for our visit to the area. House was clean and quiet and just as advertised. The beds and linens were comfortable and it felt like home. Would recommend Brianna and her place to others.

From as soon as I booked the airbnb Terri was very responsive and helpful! We had a great weekend on their horse farm! It was very quiet and they were very helpful when things didn’t go as planned! I’d highly recommend staying with them if you haven’t already and we’ll definitely be booking with them in the future!

This was our second visit! We liked it so much the first time that when we returned home we booked it again! Ruthie’s cottage is adorable,had everything we needed and was just perfect for our needs! this is the 2nd time we've stayed here with Patrick. both times have been awesome. beautiful surroundings in a peaceful neighborhood. we used the fire pit and playground area. the boat stay was pleasant and spacious. we'll definitely be back. this is a must stay!

The pictures and descriptions were beautiful but everything was so much BETTER than the pictures! The pond and surrounding areas were beautiful...I enjoyed the view and ducks. The inside smells great and like a brand new home. There's a door separating the living room and bedroom for privacy. If I need to come back to Charleston I'd definitely be looking to stay again.
