A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area close to the forest, allowing for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Hard to do better! Everything was perfect. Decorated with great taste, the accommodation is spacious, pleasant to live in. Kattalin and her parents are available, welcoming and really very kind. There were 8 adults. We'll be back for sure! Thank you so much

The stay was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, very clean and perfectly equipped. Special mention for the bedding, worthy of a hotel: comfortable, clean, we slept very well! Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

Impeccable accommodation, great location

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

Amazing and clean two bedroom apartment with self checkin. Fermin was a great host and supportive with quick replies. He guided us and provided several recommendations. The bus stop close to the apartment. There is a public parking next to the apartment on the street. I had no issue to find a parking space. Thank you Fermin.

We enjoyed a lovely few days in San Sebastián. A charming city with lots to explore with friendly people, great atmosphere..Our accomodation was in a perfect location.. Our host and her sister were most helpful and very generous . We would happily recommend and look forward to returning again in the future.

Peaceful location, super comfy bed and the accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. Ideal for exploring the region with a car and would recommend.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay here. The unit is tremendous, plenty of natural light, updated furniture and appliances, and the air conditioner worked great. The view and location is unbeatable, minutes from the beach and tons of food and drinks. We experienced some travel delays on our check in day and Maria and her friend Jose could not be more accomodating.

Lovely extra touches from Rosa. A prepaid public transport card and essentials such as milk, juice tea and coffee. Spotlessly clean and location on bus route just outside the apartment building. Supermarket about 200 yards and pharmacy 300 yards away. Would use again .

Staying at Begoña’s was a pleasure. The location was perfect for us, close to transportation, with lots of shops close by, easily accessed on foot. The home was cozy equipped with all the essentials you would need. The most cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Begoña was always available to answer our questions with quick responses. Highly recommended, we would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, modern, and spotless apartment. The location is perfect – just a short walk from the charming old town, yet quiet and peaceful. The two bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal setup for two couples or a group of four. Mondrian and his wife were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and communication was smooth from start to finish. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place – would definitely stay here again!

Is the exact right place if you want to do several walks along the coast, in combination with the train you can do 3 beautiful walks... Village also super fun and a beautiful beach about 15 minutes walk...

The accommodation offered by François is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. I recommend it!

We had a lovely stay. It is a very quiet and serene place ideal for a peaceful stay. The accommodation was extremely well-equipped and ultra clean! Very responsive, welcoming and kind host. We recommend 100%.

We had a great stay in Laurent's studio: everything is perfect, whether it's the bedding, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony terrace. We felt good right away. Laurent is a very responsive and very welcoming host (thank you for the very welcome cold drinks when we arrived on a hot day...). The location of the accommodation is perfect: beaches, Port de Soccoa, restaurants, shops. Everything at the foot of the accommodation. For those who would worry about a lack of private parking, we found free spaces without any problem at any time of the day in the middle of August. A big thank you to Laurent for offering such a nice place to stay. We highly recommend it.

Impeccable accommodation, in line with the listing and ideally located in the Saint-Charles district, a stone's throw from Miramar beach. Lively and pleasant neighborhood. Tom is a very welcoming host, with great tips for enjoying Biarritz. A great stay, highly recommend!

Helen kept us well informed of where to park and arrival instructions. We arrived later than expected due to car issues and she arranged for a lovely helpful friend to meet us. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, with everything that you could need plus lots of extra touches. There was milk, Beer, water and soft drink in the fridge which was appreciated and plenty of tea/ coffee and condiments if needed. The apartment was spacious and everywhere smelt clean and inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Helens place

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.
