Casa cu terasa și vedere extraordinară spre munte a fost locul perfect pentru a ne relaxa și a ne bucura de peisajul superb. Odăile sunt spațioase, fiecare dotate cu baie proprie și aer condiționat, asigurând astfel un confort maxim. Gazda extraordinară, politicoasă și înțelegătoare. Ne-a oferit toate conditiile necesare pentru un sejur confortabil. Ne-am simțit ca acasă, iar Lek și Gjyste au reușit să ne cucerească inimile. Apropo, copiii au spart câteva pahare, dar Lek nu a acceptat să le achităm. Recomand cu mare drag această locație pentru oricine dorește să se bucure de o vacanță liniștită în mijlocul naturii! Voi recomanda această gazdă și cu siguranță vom reveni.

Wspaniali Gospodarze, bardzo gościnni i pomocni. Ciepła rodzinna atmosfera. Odległość do plaży Tropicana (która bardzo polecam tym którzy cenią sobie ciszę i spokój) ok 15 minut spokojnym spacerem. Można również dojechać samochodem. Przy samej plaży ogromne parking bezpłatny. Jednak polecam dojście piesze ponieważ po południu ogromny korek samochodów wyjeżdzających z plazy. W okolicy wszystko czego potrzeba - piekarnia z pysznym i urozmaiconym asortymentem, sklepy spożywcze, stragany z warzywami i owocami -3 minuty od apartamentu. Gospodarze oferują w cenie pokoju śniadania - pyszne, świeżutkie (pieczywo, wędlina, warzywa, owoce, dla dzieci mleko płatki, nutella, ciasteczka). Pokój czysty klimatyzowany, świeża pościel i ręczniki. Dostęp do pralki, odkurzacza, żelazka. Bardzo cicha i spokojna cześć Ulcinij. Chętnie wrócimy i polecimy znajomym. Minusów brak :)

Perfect location at the seafront which is crucial when travelling with kids. Or to be even more precise: you can enjoy your homemade coffee at the family restaurant by the hotel while watching the kids playing at the beach :) (At least in this part of the season!) And what's far more important: Andrea and Vanja were wonderful hosts; much more than just professional and kind! Would definitely recommend!

Расположение супер. Вид с террасы шикарный 🏖⛰. Шаговая доступность городского пляжа, старого города, магазинов и массы кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелёк . Хозяева гостеприимные и приятные в общении, живут ниже, при этом вообще не пересекаются с жильцами 😊, т.к. отдельные входы. Но в случае вопросов или каких проблем «докричаться» до них легко. Все чисто, полный набор кухонной посуды, для любителей готовить самостоятельно все есть. Рядом с домом есть возможность парковать авто. Рекомендуем для комфортного отдыха.

Sanela and her husband are excellent hosts, and very kind and supportive personalities; we spent nice days in their apartment. The apartment is well located, and very well equipped, much better then in the description on the website. We prefer uncrowded beaches, so Doni Stoj was also a very good choose for our Family.

Communicative and flexible host. Very nice apartment with a great view and balcony. Great aircon and other facilities. Covered parking and parking matters in Ulcinj! As per location is at the top of the hill with a steep walk back up, so take that in to account. Parking in Ulcinj itself not that easy so bear that in mind. Thanks.

The pool, just steps from the condo, was so refreshing. The hot beach spots were just a 10 minute walk. The view of the Adriatic amazing.

Daca ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation ist sehr glatt und angenehm. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist alles da was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

We had a fantastic week in Jennifer's amazing villa. The location, the views, the space were all incredible. The private beach area was great and the pool was perfect. Jennifer and team were very responsive to any queries we had and I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning scenery and sunsets!

Ольга не только хороший арендодатель, но ещё и замечательный человек! Мы провели 2 недели в апартаментах, с чудесным видом на море! В квартире есть все необходимое - даже утюг и стиральная машина! Ольга ответит на любые вопросы, подскажет, если вам что-то необходимо узнать и просто с радостью пообщается с вами на любые темы! :) У нас было ощущение, что мы в гостях у давней подруги :). Die Villa ist terrassenförmig auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Auf Ebene 1 und 2 ist der Wohn- und Schlafbereich und auf der 3. Ebene befindet sich eine schattige Terrasse. Die Ebenen sind durch Treppen miteinander verbunden ohne Geländer u. Handlauf. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern und Babys wäre das relativ gefährlich wir haben aber ältere Kinder und von daher war das ok. Den besten Ausblick auf das Meer hat man von der mittleren Ebene wo sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein WC befinden. Nur in der unteren Ebene ist eine Küchenzeile und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Die Villa ist von vielen Bäumen umgeben was sehr positiv ist, wenn draußen die Sonne scheint. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Haus aber wir fanden es immer recht angenehm und nicht so heiss innen, weil die Wände isoliert und die Fenster verschlossen und verschattet waren. In der Küche sind sehr viele Utensilien vorhanden und es gib auch viel Strandequipmemt in der Garage. Vanja hatte bereits eingekauft und einen netten Empfang vorbereitet.

Shiroka is a beautiful place to stay and this villa has views from all the many balconies. It is a large villa, the rooms are generously sized. My kids loved having the 3 bedrooms on the upper level to themselves and my husband and I took the bedroom on the main level. We really appreciated the huge garage to park our car inside. I loved walking around Shiroka right from the villa. It is in the ideal location. The house has a washer machine and a dryer! I would have loved a dishwasher, but with all the restaurants nearby we didn't really need to cook. I would stay here again.

The apartments were so good with beautiful view to the see. These were well equiped houses for two families. There is a small beach near the accomodation it is easy to get there, about 3 minutes on foot. Kristin and her husband are so kind, helpful and flexible. Throughout the whole jorney we could communicate with them excellently. Hracho became my Montenegrin friend.

The housing was super nice and we felt immediately at home. It’s super spacious and has everything you need. Allda answers almost immediately and is very helpful and kind. It was a really nice stay in would recommend. Would come again.

Toto ubytovanie bolo vynikajuco situovane, mimo rusnej ulice. Hostitel je skvely clovek, ochotny kedykolvek pomoct, aj napriek tomu, ze sa momentalne nenachadzal v Ulcinj, na vsetky prosby promptne reagoval, komunikoval so znamymi a ti ochotne pomohli s cimkolvek. Ubytovanie splnilo nase predstavy nad ocakavania, vrelo ho odporucame!

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Wirklich sehr coole Unterkunft mit einer sensationellen Aussicht. Es war alles sauber und die Küche mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung für Leute die mit einem Auto in Montenegro unterwegs sind.

Beautiful surroundings, hospitable, helpful and kind hosts. Free private parking, good air conditioning, beautiful view from the terrace. The private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is very close, which is rocky, beautiful, suitable for diving. The bakery, shop and other beaches are easily accessible on foot. Thank you very much for the hospitality, we really liked everything.

Great spacious and comfortable apartment in a new neighbourhood of Ulcinj. Perfect communication with the host. Smooth chek-in.

Die Zufahrt ist spektakulär und nur für geübte Fahrer. Es macht zunächst mal einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Bei näherem Hinschauen erkennt man viele billige Materialien. Die Türen und Wände sind foliert und diese löst sich z. B. am unteren Türrahmen des Badezimmers ab. Auch die Passgenauigkeit von Schranktüren etc. lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Die Küche ist karg ausgestattet. Wenig Geschirr und Besteck und weder Toaster noch Kaffeemaschine. Die Lautstärke aus den benachbarten Apartments ist unaufdringlich, aber wenn nebenan gekocht wird, überträgt sich der Geruch auf das eigene Apartment. Toller Ausblick und Baden im klaren Wasser des Adriatischen Meeres sind neben der Sauberkeit ein großer Vorteil der Anlage. Gefreut haben wir uns jeden Morgen auf das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Brot, Käse und Aufschnitt ist sehr gering, aber jeden Tag wurden wir mit vielerlei Kreationen von Gebratenem, Gebackenem und Salaten neu überrascht. Großes Lob an das Personal: sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Top Lage und eine sehr große Wohnung. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und würden jedesmal wieder bei Leart buchen.

Annas place was amazing. The apartment was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed for a two weeks stay, 2 adults and 2 teens. It has AC, sheets, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen equipment and even snorkeling equipment). The balcony was spacious with an absolute amazing view to the sea and private beach were we had our daily morningswim. We also used the swimmingpool a lot, it was very nice and the sunterrace was amazing too. It's a short walk (5 min) to the public beach, restaurant and markets. Anna was very friendly and caring, she responded quickly on our requests and met us when we arrived late in the evening. Thank you so much Anna, for letting us stay in your apartment❤️ We would love to come back! Helga, Jon and the boys
