Apartment holiday rentals in Dongnam-gu

This is the place I'd like to stay again if I get a chance. I had a comfortable stay. ^^

The room was nice and exactly as advertised. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity!

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

We had a great stay - Serena was a very responsive, attentive host and answered all of our questions and inquiries. The location was extremely convenient and we would absolutely stay there again, particularly for a longer trip. Instructions for taking the airport limo bus were flawless, and it's basically across the street from the in-town terminal. Only very positive things to say!

Very worth for the price paid and overall the stay was 10/10! Close to train station only thing is that there is a very steep hill that makes it difficult to push luggage. Would recommend to be mentally prepared haha

I stayed comfortably in a very pleasant place. There was also a Changpo-won Park nearby, so it was nice to take a walk in the morning. The restaurants near Dobongsan were also good. I want to visit again next time.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation—it was truly worth every penny! The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. While the walk includes a bit of an uphill climb, it’s very manageable and honestly part of the charm. The unit itself is compact but thoughtfully designed—perfect for a solo traveler. It had everything I needed: a two-door fridge, washing machine, microwave, dehumidifier, hair dryer, and full kitchen equipment. The host also provided generous amenities like towels, shampoo, soap, tissue, and more. There’s even a laundry dryer available in the common area, which came in handy. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, allowing for real rest after a day of exploring. Overall, the space felt cozy, clean, and complete—an ideal home base in Korea. I’ll definitely be back next time I travel solo. Highly recommended!

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

It was as comfortable as my home, and the market was close, so there was plenty to eat, the view of the market was fun, and most importantly, the host responded quickly, so it was such a comfortable accommodation that I would like to stay if I had a chance again.

Close to Osan main gate. Everything was great! Beware if you are a light sleeper as the sound from passing cars and street noise was an adjustment. other than that, great stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Humphreys walking gate, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is private and peaceful. Inside, everything was spotless and felt brand new. The appliances were all modern and high-quality, and the space was both comfortable and spacious. Gwangu (the host) is very responsive in attending to our needs. He provided us with flat iron when we asked for it even though it was not in the list of amenities so thanks a lot for that! The actual place is as seen in the posted photos, though they can clean the laundry area a little more :) The area is also in a good location and very much walkable to Hongik University subway stn and bus stations.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and felt very well taken care of there. Everything was as stated in the description and questions were answered quickly at all times.

It's in the middle of the city, so it's easy to get around and there are a lot of things to enjoy nearby. Especially, it was nice to be close to the AK Mall. As soon as I entered, I was surprised by the view. It's nice during the day, but the night view is very good. .ᐢ₎ I really like taking pictures. The bed was spacious, so I slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also big, so I was very satisfied.

accommodation was right outside of the train station which made travelling so much easier and hassle free! my partner and i genuinely loved how cozy the place feels and felt really comfortable throughout the entire stay! thank you :-)

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

Super clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location--super close to all the hot spots in Itaewon but still on a quiet street. Host was super sweet and accommodating. Will book again if ever back in the area.

I had a great time at this property. I stayed there for 1 month. You have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Not far from the metro line and the main street (about 7 minutes' walk) where you can find plenty of shops/restaurants. You also have a small supermarket a 3-minute walk away to do your shopping if you are there for a long stay.

It was neat and detailed, so I spent it comfortably.

Hoshie was a great host! Would definitely stay there again.
