Hang’s apartment is cosy & clean. It also has great views of the city & river. Everything is conveniently located within walking distance or a quick Grab ride. Hang is also a great host as she is super responsive and helpful with her replies. I would happily stay again and recommend her place for everyone!

Nice apartment. Nice wallpaper. Good location because it's about 150m from Vincom. Opposite the bus lot is very convenient. The apartment is new and clean with nothing to criticize. If you upgrade the pillows, the table will be waived. It's worth it to book.

Location, price, I like it

I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was as I expected from the photos. There is a clothes washing machine on the balcony. Khang, the host, was helpful and responsive during my stay. The apartment is within the Vinhomes Grand Park development. It’s a 5 minute walk to a mall which includes a supermarket and other amenities, and within Grand Park there are many other shops and restaurants. There is a free bus (GRP03) which gets you into District 1 in about 1.5 hours. A different bus (GRP01) is also free and loops around the Vinhomes Grand Park development.

I had a great stay there. Highly recommended!

the apartment location is too convenient, opposite mega mall always. the internal facilities are too ok with swimming pool and beautiful design children play area. The room is ok for the price range, enough utensils, the only thing that is not satisfied is that the hot water system is broken. The host is also friendly and nice. 9/10₫

Amazing Stay in the suburban area of Ho Chi Minh City! We had a fantastic stay at Thànhs apartment! The location is perfect for families with easy access to great restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thànhs was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great recommendations and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The building felt safe, and the amenities were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Very good

Stayed for a week. It is far from the city but I already knew that and there’s lots of restaurants and a cool mall nearby. The condo is clean and comfortable. There is no hot water in the shower but it’s my fault for not paying that much attention to the listing. Not a deal breaker since I hear cold showers are good for you, although admittedly I still prefer hot showers. Over all the place was great and the host was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend this place if you are coming to district 9 and want to experience vinhomes. Thank you

I initially booked a room at Felix en vista but the host changed it to one in Diamond Island. The room is spacious in great condition.
