Holiday rentals with a sauna in Donauinsel

Martin nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket.Mindent megmutatott,elmagyarázott.Ezután körbevezetett bennünket az épület komplexumban.Kérdés esetén bizalommal fordulhattunk hozzá.A környék szép,gyönyörűen parkosított,a medence is szuper. Az autót letehettük a mélygarázsban így ingyen parkolhattunk. Az U4 metro kb. 10 perc sétára volt a szállástól.Így egy rövid séta után a metroval kényelmesen elértük a belvárost(Sweden platz).A Schönbrunn palace is ezen a vonalon(U4) van.

Fantastic location, good amenities, nice view, good communication

I had a very pleasant stay in Vienna—not just because it’s Vienna, but also thanks to the excellent apartment. The building is modern, clean, and fully equipped—even with a Nespresso machine. It's just a 1-minute walk to everything: U2 metro (I timed it—120 seconds from bed to platform), gym, two fine dining restaurants, a supermarket, fast food, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy, and the Danube promenade. The apartment is the first stop from the airport and the last stop to the airport on the VAL3 line, so getting to the airport took less than 20 minutes. The U2 takes you to Volkstheater (Museum Quarter) in about 13 minutes. Stadion Mall and the Vienna Expo Center are just 1 and 3 stops away. Perfect for solo travelers like myself, but also ideal for couples. Highly recommended!

Die Lage im Wiener Wald ist wirklich traumhaft, der Spaziergang zum Annahof lohnt sich auch sehr! Christa & Christian waren super nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We were a group of 4 who stayed here for a few days. Hassle-free check-in, the place was clean and well prepared, and the location was great. The minor downside is the lack of seating furniture and shelves in the living room. It probably works well for two guests, not quite for 4.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, öffentlich gut erreichbar, das Apartment war sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Super Service, tolle Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt bei Thomas. Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön in Döbling. Das Apartment ist toll ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Thomas ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir haben uns mit unseren Hunden sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Ich bin sehr sehr zufrieden. Ich war für eine Nacht sowohl im Appartement "S" als auch im Appartement "XS". Beide Appartements sind super gemütlich mit allem, was man für eine angenehme Übernachtung braucht. Alles war perfekt - das ruhige und stille Ort, die U-Bahn Linie"U2" in der Nähe (cca 30min ins Zentrum), der schöne See für die Erholung am Abend, die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Unterkunftsgeber, die kostenlose Parkkarte, das Parkhaus in der Nähe (cca 200 Meter), die Restaurants und die Geschäfte sind nur ein paar Meter vom Haus. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft jedem für einen tollen Aufenthalt und Entspannung in Wien.

I highly recommend Wilfried’s amazing apartment. Incredible view, very stylish, well appointed and I loved the neighborhood.

Wilfried's apartment was fantastic. Luxurious feel, wonderful view, lovely decor. Wilfried was an excellent host - gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and all instructions on how to operate everything in the house, as well as guidance on how to get around, which transportation services applied, etc. Couldn't have asked for more. Apartment was on the 10th floor with plentiful windows for viewing Vienna from on high. I would easily stay there again....in fact, I could easily live there. Thanks, Wilfried, for being a great host and renting us this fabulous apartment.

Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Guter Gastgeber, der sehr gut erreichbar ist. Anliegen wurden ernst genommen und umgehend nach Lösungen gesucht. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und perfekt für Gruppen von 5-10 Personen. Das Haus ist riesig und es gibt viele Bereiche, wo man gemeinsam sitzen kann. Der Bus (38a) zum Wiener U-Bahn-Netz und Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 10 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bus fährt tagsüber ca. alle 10 min. und auch nachts. Man benötigt ca. 30 min. in die Wiener Innenstadt. In der näheren Umgebung des Hauses gibt es schöne Lokale zum Einkehren. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

It was unbelievable. We were on Christmas Days, house was very warm and cosy. Terrace and barbeque zone were equipped with everything what we need. Especially we were surprised for hospitality and gifts for children to New Year. Nazar was always in touch. I hope we will stay here not once))))

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Das Airbnb „Villa mit Sauna & Jacuzzi" hat uns als Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu acht und es hat genügend Raum um zusammen ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein, aber es geht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ganz gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Garten ist riesig und gepflegt. Die Sauna und das Jacuzzi sind natürlich ein grosses Plus. Die Distanz zur Altstadt/Stadtzentrum ist relativ weit, aber es gibt gute ÖV Verbindungen oder Uber. Gerne wieder!

I had the most wonderful stay I could have ever imagined with Werner and Mariola. I’m still in awe of the experience and deeply moved by their warmth and kindness. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel not just welcomed, but truly part of the family. Words can hardly capture how much I appreciated my stay. Any time I mentioned or even hinted at a need, they went above and beyond to fulfill it—no matter how big or small. Their thoughtfulness and generosity were truly exceptional. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. It felt more like returning home than staying at an Airbnb—comforting, personal, and far beyond the standards of a five-star hotel. Staying with Werner and Mariola was an unforgettable experience, and I will always be grateful for their hospitality. I’m forever grateful to them and for my stay which opened my eyes to Austria.

die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Garten und Dachterrasse sid ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist top, 5 Minuten zum Bus, ruhig gelegen und dennoch nicht zu weit von Wien weg. Mihajela und ihre Tochter waren zu jedem Kontakt sehr freundlich, was die Kommunikation äußerst angenehm macht. insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung und freuen uns darauf, wiederzukommen.😊
