We have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

Everything about the stay was great! Couples or smaller families alike will have lots to do right on the property! I do recommend screen saving your entrance information and Wi-Fi information beforehand because signal can be pretty bad depending on your service provider otherwise awesome 👌

Rustic Paradise 4BR Near Lake Degray & Caddo River

All was good! Although-I will mention, those ladders are steep and scary. we were all in our late 40s-65 and there wasn't one person who slept upstairs because of the sketchiness. Our trip was intended to go float the caddo gap. Unfortunately, the river was too high and moving too fast-so it was a quick 7mile drive over to Lake DeGrey. It was a great alternative! Also-they had a bu-day(sp?) in the master suite-we all Loved that feature. Very well stocked kitchen, but dont forget ur tin foil!!

The Green Apple A-Frame is a keeper. Whenever we come to Hot Springs, it will be at the top of my list. It is close but not too close to HS. It’s maybe a 15-20 easy drive to get downtown. The house came with everything we needed. To cut some expenses, we cooked 2 out of our 3 meals. The house had all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable and we slept well to prepare for the nexts day’s activities. Overall five stars.

This place was absolutely beautiful and the perfect getaway for me and my fiancé! A peaceful 30 minute drive to Hot Springs where we found so much to do!! We felt right at home and made wonderful memories that will last forever! I can’t recommend this place enough for couples or anyone wanting to get away. Thank you so much for having us and offering such a beautiful place to visit!

We were in town with our family for OBU graduation- house was amazing. Lots of space for our family, really enjoyed the fire pit and Game area out back, fun memories made. Very close to campus, plenty of off street parking. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare food. Very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this beautiful old home.

This home was exactly as pictured and such a relaxing little getaway! We would definitely come back again. The only negative was the chiggers they got all of us so come prepared for that.
