Absolutely LOVED our stay! Host and owners were VERY responsive, even during a minor issue at check in, they responded and had it resolved extremely fast. Very clean, comfortable, neighbors were so friendly, we felt very safe, this place made our girls’ weekend PERFECT! And the salt water pool?! Chef’s kiss!!!! We loved it!! Thank you so much for having us and allowing us to enjoy this little slice of heaven in Florida!

The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Especially enjoyed the fact that they had all necessary beach accessories. Neighborhood was very well maintained, and peaceful. Neighbors were very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend.

Julia's place was just what we've been looking for. Close to the main roads to the beaches and restaurants while still very quiet and private. The pool was clean and refreshing. All the beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. Great to have a garage to park in. This place checked so many boxes for us. We will certainly be renting this spot on future trips to Florida. Thanks, Julia.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This was the most beautiful and accommodating Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was new, clean, and updated with the latest technology. The toilet seats were even heated! We had a group of 9 plus a dog and everyone was very happy with the stay. Marcin was super nice and always answered questions quickly. The pool area is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of essentials.

We chose this listing because we needed accommodations for 10 family members gathering to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The house was super clean and comfortable. I couldn’t think of one thing that was not provided. I am super picky about cleanliness and I was thrilled to see how clean everything was. The host was very accommodating as well, our flight was a little earlier than expected and I reached out to Viktoria and Vadim and they allowed us to check in early. Wonderful accommodations!

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

Ours was a 3 generation family vacation. Our choice was excellent for our needs. (from the Grandgifts to Grandma and Papa. Felt safe. Clean and comfortable surroundings. The patio area was above and beyond! We do intend to return God willing. Thank You David and Crew! One Happy Grandma! Diane

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! This is a great location, especially for boaters. The pool was great. The sunrise views and watching the boats come and go were incredible. You’re walking distance from the beach and some great restaurants (i.e. Temptations, Scarpa’s, The Outlet, Pink Elephant, etc.). The pool was great, especially for entertaining the kids. The house was incredible and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Kappy’s (host recommendation) to putz around town and explore the area.

This was our second stay at this house. Just like the first time we really enjoyed our stay. The area is a great location and has lots of amenities. The home is very peaceful, clean and modern.

Pelican's Nest is unique, a beautifully constructed and decorated house with two levels. Each level has its own bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area and bathroom, as well as patios and decks with ocean views. It is perfect for or extended familiy or friend groups. There are restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops a few minute drive away. Or, take one of the two bikes that are available for your use. The nearly-deserted and lovely beach is a two minute walk away. The house is well stocked with beach gear, chairs, beach toys for kids, towels, umbrellas, etc. This is a luxury location. It was our second stay at this amzing property. Alena is helpful and friendly and will answer all your questions. One more thing: There is a toddler bed in one of the bedrooms, and a Pack n Play in the closet and high chair so you are covered if you have babies or toddlers, as we did. If you are lucky enough to stay in this beautiful house, you will love it and definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

Thank you, Dennis and Claudia, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we had wanted. We loved the home's location in the quiet neighborhood. The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and its gorgeous design. Susan and Marcus were incredible hosts! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly clean. Our check in process was very accommodating, and we loved all the special touches they added, such as music playing when we arrived and a homemade coaster to take home. My family, daughter’s family and I stayed @ Paulina’s beautiful home during spring break and couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation. Everything described about the home was spot on.
