Apartment holiday rentals in Dominican Republic

We stayed for a little over a month in Edwin's place located in a residence of 5 buildings composed of 4 properties each. Quiet Monday to Thursday, a little more lively Friday to Sunday. The residence is secure. The apartment is small but very clean and well-equipped. I was working remotely and in video meetings regularly and I never had a problem with the WiFi, it works perfectly even during small power outages. Speaking of electrics, it's included in the rental price which is rare for LT so an additional posisitive point. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk from the water's edge and restaurants. About 7 or 8 minutes from Playa Punta Poppy and a little more from Playa Las Ballenas. The nearest supermarket is about a 20 minute walk. Edwin and his assistant Daniel are reliable and communicate very well, they care about your well-being. 10/10 on the overall experience!!!!

A Perfect Stay! I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful condo! The panoramic views were stunning, even better in person than in the pictures. The condo was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the beach. It was spacious to comfortably accommodate my friends and family, and it was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Getting to the condo was easy, and access was simple and hassle-free. The rooftop and pool area were clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. Evelyn was amazing! extremely responsive before and during our stay. She was kind enough to share great recommendations for beaches and local restaurants to explore. Playa Bonita is the closest beach to the condo, but we found ourselves spending most of our time at Playa Punta Popy, just 8 minutes away. It had more restaurants and little shops, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views and excellent hospitality!

We were glad to stay at Jimmy's place in Puerto Plata. It had the accommodations that we needed and was centrally-located, which allowed us to walk up places. Whenever we had questions, he responded quickly. We have no regrets.

We just spent five nights at Daniel’s amazing penthouse in El Cortecito and had an awesome time! The place looks just like the photos, modern, clean, and really comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax, and the private Jacuzzi was definitely a highlight. It’s perfect for couples and in a great spot, close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife, but still nice and quiet. There is construction nearby as mentioned in other reviews but it didn't affect us. Daniel was super helpful and responsive the whole time, always quick to reply and full of great local tips, everything from where to eat to how to get around. The whole experience totally beat our expectations. Whether you're chilling in the Jacuzzi or out exploring Punta Cana, this place is the perfect home base. We’d definitely come back, highly recommend!

I had the most incredible stay at the apartment at The Beach in Punta Cana! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated the space was—every detail felt thoughtfully curated and welcoming. The apartment itself was not only spotless but also extremely comfortable, with everything I needed to feel right at home. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to fully relax. But the real highlight? The breathtaking lagoon/beach area —it’s honestly the most stunning and serene setting I’ve ever seen. The water is crystal clear, the surroundings are peaceful, and the sunsets were absolutely magical. Every evening felt like a dream. If you’re looking for a quiet, safe, and truly beautiful escape, this place is it. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Condo was great and perfect location right on the beach with a breathtaking view of the beach on the balcony. Sunset on the balcony was beautiful. The condo looks even better in person. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely stay there again when I return. We were even allowed to check in a little early which was helpful. Host was responsive as well. Also in walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, grocery store and the beach is a 2 minute walk. 24 hour security as well.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house! From the very beginning, communication with Micaela was excellent — quick, clear, and friendly. The location is perfect: in front of the beach and just steps away from great restaurants, bars, shops, and a vibrant, funky atmosphere. The private pool was a great bonus The interior design is unique and absolutely stunning. Everything was perfectly in place, spotless, and gave us a real VIP experience. The house was extremely clean, and the cleaning couple came by every day — they were not only efficient but also super kind and friendly. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish. We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation!
