Holiday rentals with a patio in Dominica

Good location near Portsmouth, very responsive host with clear instructions on how to find the place Clean home and quiet environment I would recommend it

Fabulous. Spotlessly clean. Exceptionally large space. Well equipped. Zharina was delightful to deal with. Centrally located just north of Roseau. Easy access to routes in all directions. Would be perfect for two couples or a small family.

Elsa is a great host and her assistant is very nice and helpful. The apartment is well located in the heart of the city and in a secured building within walkable distance to the Stadium, shops, banks, restaurants... The place was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Whether it's a short or long stay, you will definitely feel at home by Elsa!

Staying at Virginia's was great! My family lives in the cottage area and there are not that many places to stay around. Virginia's place was perfect, close enough to Cottage and Clifton, and a short drive to Toucari Beach. It also isn't that far from Portsmouth as well. If you're looking to stay in that area I 100% recommend staying at Virginia's!

Our stay at Mango Garden was great. Silvia has created a little oasis here. We ate the best mangoes on the island, discovered new fruits and enjoyed a fresh coconut from the tree. The property is in the middle of nature, with a fantastic view yet only a 20 minute walk to Bell Hall Beach - one of the most beautiful here in the corner. If you like to walk, you can reach shops without a car from the Mango Garden. For anyone by car, this is a great base for exploring the north part of the island. We felt most welcome and would stay with Silvia again and again. Thank you very much for everything and see you hopefully soon! 5/5

There is not much missing for this accommodation to be perfect, such as pots, salad bowls, shelf in the bathroom to put things on.

Randy and his daughters were always helpful, and would go out of their way to make sure everything was at its best for us. They made the Airbnb experience the way it should always be, a home away from home. Thanks

Very cute house with an incredible view. Laudet is a great location for hikes and waterfalls. The kitchen came in handy. Our hosts were fantastic and we really enjoyed their restaurant in Roseau.

This rustic riverside cottage was the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. Tucked away in nature but only 10 minutes from the airport, it made our departure incredibly stress-free—without sacrificing the peaceful, off-the-grid vibe we were craving. The cottage is simple and rustic in the best way—clean, cozy, and full of character. The real highlight is the river just steps away, it felt like having a private natural pool right outside our door.

Great stay at Noelize and Ryan's place. we didn't miss anything. The convenience store nearby and the always available buses gave us a huge service throughout our stay. I highly recommend this house as a base to discover Dominica.

Jan and Pavla are excellent hosts and the apartment was spacious and lovely. I highly recommend the breakfast at $35 XCD ($13 USD). I highly recommend staying here.

It was a beautiful house not far from the dive shop and well situated between Roseau and Soufriere. Gorgeous house and we especially enjoyed watching the amazing sunsets from the porch! Peter was very responsive to any questions. Would stay again when we return!

This magnificent house filled us, we were 11 friends and we were far from crowded! The view, the space, the quality of the accommodation, the swimming pool, you can go there with your eyes closed! Adam is a very responsive host, and we wanted to especially thank Mike who is the person who takes care of the reception of the house, who is a lovely and very helpful person, he was very receptive to our questions and requests, so a big thank you!

Sana is very hospitable, and is especially helpful in making sure you get to and from the airport in a timely fashion. She may also be able to help you move around to other destination. She works very hard. In Dominica in general, there aren't alot of services like coffee shops, etc. so I would try to bring a few things like tea bags/coffee, etc. along with you if possible.

We had such an amazing stay at Webster’s magical place. The beach is right outside and we slept like babies listening to the waves. Webster and his partner were so friendly and he went above and beyond in helping us find our way around. We would love to come back another time! His restaurant is also an incredible spot ☺️

We had the best stay with Laron, he is a super friendly welcoming guy and we felt totally at home.

Very pleasant stay in a well located apartment, close enough to the center of Portsmouth, ideal for getting around by bus in the north of the island. Naome is friendly and friendly, and her instructions to arrive were very clear.

Very nice accommodation with sea view and very well located. It is functional and clean. We had a crush on this place. Small downside on the restaurant which is on the ground floor which can make very festive evenings.

This is in a really cool neighbourhood - a very narrow street, with kids and cats and dogs and roosters, chickens and goats and even a donkey at one point. The neighbours were friendly and helpful. There is a well-stocked convenience store a few streets over, and it is fairly close to restaurants, though probably not in close walking distance. Having a washer was great after days of hiking. Lots of amenities, incredibly quick response to questions, very comfortable beds, and an absolutely lovely view from the balcony. My travelling companion initially wanted a resort type of accommodation. Don't do it! This is the real thing. Recommended.
