Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Dolphin Sands

We had an amazing stay, the house is incredible with amazing views, a beautiful fireplace and the hot tub with views of the ocean was awesome. Would highly recommend this very special property to anyone

The Sea Keeper is a lovely little cottage with everything you need for a great holiday in the area. The location is 10/10 for exploring the east coast and only wish we had based ourselves longer there. As far as the town of Bicheno, the cottage is incredibly central, allowing us to walk everywhere. A beautiful fireplace, cosy living area, very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen (including ground coffee and machine!) just topped it off! Highly recommend

The location was perfect, peaceful and beautiful, and just a short walk to Redbill Beach which had the best sunsets. The house itself had a great living and kitchen, though the split level living did not really suit our needs the best. The place also was a bit old with some finicky doors and locks. But other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and would gladly stay again the next time in Bicheno!

A lovely house with amazing views! My friends and I had a cosy stay with plenty of space and warm fire place for the chilly winter night. Adam was very communicative with check in details and left us a lovely cheese platter and port to enjoy on our arrival, and the house had everything we needed. I wish I had more time to spend enjoying this relaxing space.

Love the deck and views. Walkable to beach from cabin with excellent views of the Hazards as you stroll along the beach. Quick drive into the Freycinet National Park.

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults and 4 children under 5. The home was perfect for our travelling party as it accommodate the kids as well as the adults. We loved the open living space, it allowed the kids to have room to spread out. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms very clean. We’d stay here again if we were to visit Bicheno.

From the moment we walked in we felt relaxed and at home. Spotlessly clean and with super comfy beds, we loved all amenities especially the cosy fire. Loved the easy walk to the stunning Bicheno beach and the stylish, comfy amenities. Luxurious Beach house with cosy feel. We will be back.

I had a truly wonderful birthday weekend at Bolton’s Beach in the beautiful, well stocked and organised cabins. The weather was great, the views and dawns and sunsets were magical and it was truly very special! The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with and all information was clear. We couldn’t have been happier with the presentation of the cabins, beautifully designed and equipped with all that we needed for our small gathering. The yard on all sides was a wonderful place from which to sit in the stillness observe the changing colours of the sky and water. Our group really enjoyed being able to walk straight onto the beach from the cabins. It's a great walk to the rocks at the far end of the beach. I’m really pleased to have have found such a wonderful holiday house so close to both Dodges Ferry and Hobart as it’s only a 1-1.5 hour drive! Definitely makes it a great choice to come back to and experience in all seasons. Many thanks again!

Fabulous view of the hazards. Well equipped home with heat pump and private deck area out the back. Short walk to local shop/cafe. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay in Coles Bay. House was in a great location to the towns restaurants, groceries and to the national park. We loved our stay.

I stayed here with some friends for two nights while visiting Coles Bay to do the Mt Amos hike in Freycinet National Park and it was the perfect base. The location was peaceful and conveniently close to the national park, cafes, and the beach. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay during Autumn. The host was responsive and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. The only other thing is we ran out of gas for the BBQ grill on our final night but was too tired and late in the evening to inform the host. Something we'd definitely request in future. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to the area!
