Our stay at Sollano Loft 1 was incredible from start to finish. The space was perfect for two, featuring a living area, kitchen, and master bath all in a row. The owners have done an outstanding job of preserving the colonial charm while updating the amenities. The location couldn’t be better, just a few blocks from both the cathedral and Benito Juárez Park. The neighborhood is filled with fantastic bars, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local scene. Our favorite part was the private rooftop. Every night, we brought up a bottle of wine and soaked in the stunning scenery and sunsets. We had the entire rooftop to ourselves all three nights of our stay, making it feel extra special. The housekeeping staff was wonderful as well. We had a luggage issue upon arrival, and Lupita went out of her way to help us resolve it. All in all, the perfect stay in San Miguel!

El lugar estuvo muy cómodo y acogedor, coincide totalmente con las fotos y siempre se mantuvieron al pendiente.☺️

Un lugar muy adecuado, cumple con las fotografías, se encuentra en una zona tranquila y sin ruido, muy agradable para el descanso. Provee de lo necesario para estar cómodo durante toda la estancia.

El departamento esta muy ordenado y tuvo las amenidades necesarias para los días que pasamos en San Miguel.

Our stay at Casa Vista was fantastic. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the towels and bed linens appeared relatively new and not torn or worn. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our needs. The mini-split AC worked fantastic and kept the room very comfortable. Lots of natural light entered the room through skylights. The view from the large, rooftop terraza was fantastic and the outdoor amenities (lounge chairs, table, gas grill, unbrella) were top notch. If walking uphill or downhill on steep streets is a problem, this might not be the best choice. The property is located an easy 15 downhill walk to restaurants, shops, markets and the central district. In San Miguel proper, a cab or uber ride to/from the property is $2.00-$3.00 USD. We absolutely recommend Casa Vista and would stay there again.

Un muy buen lugar con excelente ubicación. Contaba con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El único detalle es que en las tardes el calor llega a molestar dentro del lugar.

La casita es muy linda, y muy cerca de los lugares emblemáticos del lugar, tanto de día como de noche, es un lugar súper seguro para andar! Regresaremos definitivamente 🫶🏻

Realmente un lugar confortable para conocer esta bella ciudad

The small studio is located on a one-way alley. There was some traffice passing by but it didn't bother me. Diego and Selene are super responsive to my needs. Unfortunately, June is the rainy season, there were always mosquitos in my room even I used the electric incense provided by Diego. Very central location and easy walk to everything you need.

El alojamiento fue increíble, completamente equipado con todo lo que se necesita para pasar una estancia corta o larga , es muy acogedor, la decoración es muy bonita de muy buen gusto, cuenta con un hermoso jardín y garage para carro, la ubicación está como a 13 minutos caminando al centro o 5 min en carro. Pero vale mucho la pena este alojamiento regresaría sin dudarlo.

El lugar es mucho más bonito que como se muestra en las fotos, el acceso es muy fácil y cuenta con estacionamiento, el lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro, vale mucho la pena el lugar por el precio, definitivamente volveré a visitarlo muy pronto

Mi estancia en este departamento fue absolutamente maravillosa. El lugar es cómodo, limpio, perfectamente equipado y con una atmósfera encantadora. Todo estaba impecable a mi llegada, y se nota la atención al detalle en cada rincón. La ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de San Miguel de Allende: tranquila pero cerca de todo. Sin duda, me sentí como en casa. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendaría y me encantaría regresar!

El lugar muy bonito, se disfrutó mucho la alberca, lugar muy relajante, el departamento bien en general, solo algunos detalles, en lobby no estaban informados de nuestra llegada, estacionamiento no lo encontraba ya que no tenia su numeración. Cómo fraccionamiento muy lindo.

El alojamiento fue espectacular. Fuimos recibidos con toda la atención y nuestros anfitriones nos ayudaron en todo al instante. Coincidía a la perfección con las fotos, muy cómodo y Perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Muy recomendable y volveremos sin duda.

Excelente anfitriona, la verdad un departamento muy bonito y el fraccionamiento muy tranquilo, tiene muchas amenidades y la vista es muy agradable. Fuimos a un evento gastronómico, pero el restaurante del fraccionamiento muy recomendable, todos los platillos que pedimos estaban excelentes. La pasamos súper bien y quedas invitado a regresar muchas veces.

sin duda recomendaría el departamento le doy un 100 de 10, superó nuestras expectativas pese a que el clima no estaba muy agradable para poder usar los jacuzzi y la alberca, pero aún así el trato fue excelente, Emilio es una persona súper atento, que se que nota que se preocupa por la comodidad de las personas que rentan su departamento, en todo momento contestaba rápido a cualquier duda, y nos daba solución a las pequeñas cosas que salían de imprevisto, el departamento demasiado cómodo diría yo, con lo necesario para pasarla muy agradable, sin duda alguna lo recomendamos y volveríamos a ir.

Absolutely 10/10 experience staying at Quinta Tenerias! Sharon was so helpful and communicative. The apartment was so beautiful and spacious for 4 people - two full master bedrooms. The concierge going grocery shopping for us saved us a ton of time and added a nice touch being able to cook breakfast every morning. Best part is that housekeeping cleaned daily and addressed every need! What an incredible, walkable, safe part of San Miguel. We will definitely be back!

Literal me sentí como en casa, muy bien ubicado para poder llegar al centro, las amenidades del lugar muy buenas, regaderas, alberca y gimnasio geniales, pero la estancia fue increíble, y la atención de Carlos, ni se diga, es un lugar al que sin dudarlo, regresaríamos 👏🏻
