Considering the other Airbnbs that were available for the Grand Prix weekend, Thomas's place was worth it, considering the free parking and the location of the building. Everything you need is available both in and around the place. Thomas was also great with the communication, check in and check out was a smooth process.

We were a family of 6 adults. The Louie and Nathalie personally greeted us upon arrival to show us the property and gave us helpful hints for restaurants and navigating the city. Every interaction with these hosts made us feel so comfortable and like family. The house and decor was amazing. Beautiful location. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Larisa and her husband are super accommodating and very helpful. I spent my last night here before leaving Montreal and was even offered to stay longer, as my flight was quite late. Really not a given. Thank you for the great stay.

My partner and I had an amazing time at Jeremy’s! It was our first time in Montreal and wanted to find a place that was affordable, near a metro station, and safe. Jeremy’s was exactly that! This basement unit kept us cool from the heat and had everything we need (e.g. kettle, pans, baking sheets, seasoning, toaster, etc.). We didn’t rent a car but there were lots of street parking available. The neighbourhood was beautiful. Lot’s of interesting houses to see and we felt very safe walking around at night! The suite is only about a 13 minute walk from the station which was perfect. Some things to note is that the stairs down to the unit can be quite steep if you have any mobility issues or if you’re carrying anything extremely heavy. That being said, we didn’t have any issues getting in or out. Jeremy was extremely kind, responsive, flexible and easy to work with. Thank you so Jeremy, see you next time when we are back in Montreal!😊

What a gem! We felt right at home, it is very tastefully decorated without any clutter which I appreciate. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the living room is comfortable to hang out for hours. The two bedrooms are small but the beds are extremely comfortable! I loved that there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Although the first bedroom is facing the street, you can hardly hear anything at night. The apartment is a short 10-minute walk to the Métro which will take you right into the heart of Montreal in less than 25 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again! Visiting from the US! Just what we needed! Went there and stayed for the Canadian Grand Prix f1 weekend. About a 45 minute drive to the metro station for the yellow line. It’s not perfect as far as some Airbnb's go that you pay $$$ for. It is however perfect for a place to relax, sleep, watch TV and have a quiet place to stay. It is close to stores and some restaurants. All within about 15 minutes or so. You can tell it’s lived in and it has its little flaws. Don’t let that deter you from staying here as it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Nabil was probably one of the best hosts we have encountered amongst Airbnb owners. Extremely responsive, helpful with local suggestions, communication and more. He covers all the details so you don't have to. If you are staying in the Montreal area, you should consider staying here if the space meets your needs. Local transportation was good too. Highly recommend Nabil's place to rent. Thanks for an amazing stay over the F1 Canadian race weekend.

Vincent did everything to make our stay comfortable. What a great place it was. In a beautiful quite area if you have a family and kids and want to be somewhere quite and comfortable 100%. This is the place !

Overall, this was a great find in the heart of Montreal. The apartment was clean and spacious, and all instructions were very clear for check-in and check-out. It is a super walkable location with tons of great restaurants and other attractions. Additionally, the metro (yellow line) is very easily accessible. During our stay, there was an emergency situation (major fire in adjacent apartments) which prevented us from being able to enter the apartment and gather belongings, including our passports. While not at all the host's fault, there was a lack of and little communication about "next steps," when dealing with the emergency situation. Upon our contact with Air BnB, they provided emergency accommodations emergency accommodations; however, at no time did the host follow up with us on our safety, or if/when we were able to access the apartment and our belongings the following day. Once again, this did not take away from the fantastic location or the apartment itself.

We loved our stay! The host was kind, everything was clean, all of the amenities worked. It was right next to a convince shop and only a short drive away from the restaurants/nightlife. Reminder that there is a quiet policy at night so don’t bring big speakers! Thank you so much!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.

Great downtown condo located just a few steps from the Sherbrooke metro station and the best neighbourhood in Montreal, the Plateau Mont-Royal. The included crib and high chair, child friendly layout, and proximity to the Sherbrooke metro station and the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood make it an excellent option for couples or groups travelling with an infant or toddler (as long as you don’t mind doing the stairs on a 3rd floor walk-up and you bring a sound machine for the little one and ear plugs for yourselves at night, as the street noise is noticeable, but bearable). M.J. was a great host and the early check-in was very much appreciated. Having previously lived in the neighbourhood myself, I know that ants can be an issue indoors in the spring and we saw a few, but they can happen almost anywhere. It wasn’t a big deal to us.

Lilian’s place was a perfect stay! Undated bathroom and kitchen which were both massive. King size bed and comfortable living room area. Good lighting and AC unit made this a perfect stay. Lilian as a host accommodated our needs and was very responsive. The area is a hip but quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this stay!
