Our stay at Grad was wonderful. The communication for the reservation/address went very well, we were then greeted very warmly (and in French). Our short stay in the dark room met our expectations and even better! We highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting the area and want to discover the local culture. Gardner's House Craiova - The Big Bedroom

Grad's place is an older traditional Romanian house, which was much larger and more extensive than we thought! We stayed in a self-contained building with a bedroom, living room and bathroom for our own use, plus a separate dining room and kitchen. It was comfortable, warm and very good value. Our hosts were very welcoming and hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed, offering us local eggs for breakfast and even some homemade wine! We would happily stay again and would gladly recommend it to others :-)
