Honestly, The location is ( Can't be any better ). Bottom line! The hosts were exceptional, outstanding, very polite and professional. They did everything they could to make me feel at home. We really enjoyed the place, the building it was a little bit messy at the Entrance, but Ahmed the guy of the front desk is super kind and helpful. The place has everything you need, super really big aparment, and with a supermarket just around the corner. They have a hostel upstairs so you have fully support 24/7. It was a super nice stay. Very recommedable

Sehr schöne, stilvolle Wohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung für unsere Familie. Tolle Aussicht - insbesondere von der geteilten Dachterrasse aus. Wir haben die Waschmaschine in der Küche sehr geschätzt. Die Betten sind bequem und die Dusche war super angenehm. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral liegt, ist es Tag und Nacht etwas laut aber die Aussicht entschädigt dafür - es läuft dauernd etwas spannendes unten auf der Strasse und auf dem Nil, der gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite liegt. Dort gibt es ein Restaurant, welches für die Gäste kostenlos Tee und arabischen Kaffee serviert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Ahmed wärmstens!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Mr nasr & Ahmed were really helpful and kind with the instructions to the house and when we got there the place was really clean and honestly the location is just perfect not hard to find at all, this is definitely not my last visit there 🌟

I absolutely loved my stay with Steffan and Louza. They were extremely responsive, helped me get settled, and were extremely proactive and flexible throughout the stay. Absolutely recommend staying here - a wonderful experience from beginning to end! And did I mention that the view from the apartment is absolutely stunning! Unbelievable! During the sunset it is one of the most stunning views in the entire city.
