The interior exudes a warm & inviting atmosphere, w large windows framing the lake and allowing natural light to flood in. Relax, go fishing, boating or UTV'ing!

Our property is wonderfully secluded on 5.5 acres and surrounded by green pastures, mature trees and farm fields. Our home is 15-30 minutes from Columbus, Waterloo, Beaver Dam and 45 minutes to Madison or Milwaukee. Biking, fishing and local establishments nearby.

Just a 5minute walk from Beaver Dam Lake, you find a peaceful town centrally located between the Madison and the Fox Valley Areas. I’ve been remodeling my home for 2years. Neighbors surrounding me are friendly but quiet, and have pets! There are 5 parks within a 20minute walk that offer; water sport rentals on the lake, fishing, golf, basketball, baseball, and a Walmart, Piggly Wiggly, Menards, and LOTS of food within driving distance in town. I enjoy it here, hope to share it with you!

Mayville is about an hour away from Milwaukee to the south, Madison to the southwest and Appleton to the north. It is situated next to the Horicon Marsh.
