Everything was perfect, close to everything, well located, I asked for a deeper cleaning because my stay was 7 days. All cleaning utensils were provided in my request. Amazing view to feel the movement of the city and the sunset. Everything is very close, pizzeria, coffee and empanadas and there is a Carrefour Express on Av. San Juan. Market under the building, police and subway next door.

The apartment is exceptional, super clean, everything works impeccably, and very comfortable. Alejandro is an excellent host, super attentive and cordial. Highly recommended!

Mariano's apartment is excellent for a pleasant stay. It has everything you need and more. Magalí was very attentive and had some considerations for extending the garage hours. I highly recommend it, an excellent area for those who come to enjoy Buenos Aires!!

We were very welcome by Adriana and her husband, Gabriel. The apartment is complete, has all the necessary utensils in your kitchen, in addition to being very clean and organized. The location is very good, close to the shops of goods, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and sights of the region.

Great location and nice apartment

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

We stayed here for 10 nights and had a great experience overall. The apartment was very comfortable and matched the photos exactly, which was reassuring. It was well-equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for an extended stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to cafes, shops, and public transport. Check-in was smooth, and the host communicated clearly and promptly throughout our visit. The only downside was that the bathroom tiles were a bit grimy and could use a deeper clean. Aside from that, everything else was in good condition and well-maintained. We appreciated the cozy atmosphere and reliable amenities, which made it feel like a home away from home. It’s a solid option for anyone looking for a place that’s true to the listing and comfortable for longer stays. A few small improvements would make it even better, but overall we were happy with our choice and would consider staying again.

Marcela and Gabriel are fantastic people, the information about the apartment is accurate and the apartment is more beautiful in person. Everything impeccable and well thought out. Smart kitchen, with all necessary and clean material. The lighting is perfect. All my needs were met by Marcela and Gabriel. I thought I had forgotten an item after my check-out and was already in Brazil. I contacted them and they promptly went to the apartment and searched for the object. They couldn't find him and told me. I later discovered that the lost object was in another apartment on my way back to my city. But a million thanks for your interest in helping. I used the building's jacuzzi and it's relaxing after a day of hiking. The reception staff are always helpful, careful about the building's security, and polite in their service to people. Wonderful trip with a very high quality apartment. I'm planning the next one for the same apartment. Thank you for everything.

The apartment is very comfortable and very complete, you really don't need to bring anything to be comfortable!!! The location is a great, quiet area close to everything. In the bathroom, impeccable, you find amenities like in a 5*. Also, in the kitchen, coffee, tea, sugar,... Really Elizabeth cares to make your stay pleasant and comfortable!!

I really liked the place, good features as it has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna that just when I was not enabled but the other amenities were excellent. Esteban responds quickly to everything and is very friendly. The area is very quiet, very safe, you can walk at night and it is nice to pass by the woman's bridge at night highlight the view of the river and the very nice hotels on the outside. And even though in the gps figure San Telmo is facing the women's bridge practically it's pegado Puerto Madero y San Telmo. The hotel has good security at the entrance and also leaving secure there are police in the area constantly which gives you security for going out at night or during the day.

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

My husband and I stayed at Rafa's place for 6 nights. It was wonderful. We couldn't have chosen a better location for our stay. The place was beautiful, clean, and Rafa was a wonderful host. I would definitely stay there again.
