Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dobong-gu

The impression of the city largely depends on the house you live in. It is not surprising that Seoul has become another favorite city. Because the house was magnificent. It is located in a very quiet and green area, near the Bukhansan National Park, around several great hiking routes of varying difficulty. At the same time, there is a subway station 5 minutes walk away and in 30 minutes you can be in the city center. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance from the house. The house itself (you will have the second floor) is well equipped with everything you need. In the yard live 2 cats and 2 turtles, my daughter ran every day to play with them. And the most important thing is the owners of the house, who met us, despite the late hour, were very hospitable and caring. We received a lot of recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, and felt like we were visiting best friends. Seoul remained in the heart thanks to such care, I already want to come back.

I rested comfortably before heading out!! There was also a board game, so I had a fun time. There's also a terrace, so there's no frustration. I had a good time without any shortcomings~~😊

It was clean and quiet, and I made good memories on a friendship trip with my friends.

This is a great value. It's an officetel room for 1-2 people, and it's equipped with hair ties, cleansing oil, cleansing foam, various cooking utensils, and basic cooking ingredients. I highly recommend it!

We highly recommend Space Moda to anyone who is staying in Seoul for a few days, or a longer stay. Moda was an exceptional host - this was the best lodging we had during our entire 23 day trip to Japan and South Korea!! We will come back for sure the next time we return to Korea!!!

It was by far the best Airbnb I've ever used!! It's nothing like the pictures and it's so neat. Especially with 2 bathrooms. It's the best. The bed was also very comfortable, so I had a nice sleep. Parking was also available right in the building, so I was very satisfied in every way. I'm 10000% willing to use it again next time!!

It was nice to have a clean and quiet accommodation and things to enjoy around, such as Gongneung Market. I especially liked the Gyeongchun Line Railway Trail. I stayed well for 3 days in a well-organized and neat accommodation. I plan to visit again at the end of the year.

The place is very near to Changdong Station(only 2 mins away). You can go there from Exit Number 2. The host is very responsive and friendly. It feels like home. There's Olive Young and E Mart near to the place.

The place was perfect! Everything we needed and more was provided. Super clean, cozy, good view, and spacious!

soo's home is very spacious and comfortable, and although the transportation is a bit far from the city center, it is close enough to the subway and there is also a very convenient community bus, and it's still very easy to get around.The street has all kinds of matching and everything, especially there is a Baozi food shop near the subway exit, which is very delicious! The soo also provided all kinds of convenience for check-in and it was a pleasant experience to respond to questions in a timely manner.

I recommend Maria as a host, her accommodation is a small nest of tranquility, a real cocoon in a building where you are really safe, located in a neighborhood where I loved living during these 3 months, I felt at home. If you need help, she is always available to help resolve it.

I sincerely recommend this accommodation! The photos were nice, but when I went there in person, it was a place that was much more satisfying than the photos. I've traveled a lot and used Airbnb several times, but I was surprised to find such a great accommodation for the price. The location is really good. It was easy to get around because the train station and bus stop were so accessible, and there were so many restaurants just across the street, so I didn't have to worry about eating. Thanks to that, I was able to plan my travel route in a much more relaxed and meaningful way! I was worried about the noise between the floors because it was an apartment, but there was really none, and it was quiet and pleasant, so I was able to relax. In addition, bottled water, instant noodles, capsules for coffee machines, and disposable bath items... 'Can you really offer all this for this price?' I felt the sincerity of the boss. I even asked for an electric blanket, and the consideration of bringing it to me and hanging it on the doorknob... I was really touched. I was able to park easily, and thanks to that, there was no stress when I was traveling by car. It was a really comfortable and pleasant trip because you took care of even the smallest details. i had an amazing stay at staycation 302.very spacious,very clean,well decorated,and well furnished. host ynna is the best host i ever met from the airbnb.when i ask something or questions she answer all the questions with in 5 min lol. ynna very responsive,welcoming,and provided great local recommendations.the location was perfect for exploring seoul.not a center location but easy way go around seoul. place is walking distance from the subway about 5 to 7min not a exact but not that far?and bus station very near to the airbnb. and i like the most very queit and local vibes of location. i will come back again when i travel to seoul and defilitely recommended this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable,covenient place to stay.thanks ynna to having me her airbnb.

Even though it was an old apartment, the interior was neatly remodeled, the blankets were fluffy, and it smelled good. I fell asleep as soon as I laid down. I really recommend it!

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

I stayed with a friend for more than a week and we felt good at the accommodation.. William was friendly and communicative. The location is very good, in an area where the locals live ..and from the central area we took the bus about aprox 30 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation 🤗

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. I spent almost a month here and it was a great stay for my exploration of Seoul. The apartment is perfect for a solo traveler and equipped with everything you need. Quiet and nice area, convenient transportation, lots of good cafes around. I felt like home, highly recommended!

Close to Exit 1 of Jianguo University Station, there is a lot of food nearby, high cp value, large amount of bath water (super comfortable), cooking utensils can be used to cook simple meals, the soundproofing of the house is not good, people who are afraid of noise are advised to wear earplugs to sleep!!
