Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Divatte-sur-Loire

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

An ideally located apartment, 100 meters from the banks of the Erdre and a little more than 10 minutes from the historic center. Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. Many small shops are nearby for the delight of the taste buds. Transportation is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city center or to the island's machines. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is consistent with its description and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Vincent’s place was a dream. We loved the beautiful pool area and the place had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Conveniently placed near to shops. We spent a day at Puy du Fou and it’s only 35min by car. We only spent two nights here on our way down to La Rochelle but would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Furniture and appliances are of quality. The garden is really nice, great for the kids. Shops (super U, Lidl...) are within walking distance. Several activities offered nearby (favorite for the Moulin de l 'Epinay, great with the children).

Stay in a home that matches the listing and is tastefully furnished. The setting is superb with the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the city. I recommend it.

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
