Townhome holiday rentals in District 3

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

Căn phòng ngăn nắp, sạch sẽ, thoáng mát rộng rãi, đủ tiện ích. Host nhiệt tình, hữu ích. Quy trình nhận phòng dễ dàng, chủ động, linh hoạt. Duy nhất có 2 điểm trừ nhỏ là: - Phòng tắm có mùi nhẹ, ko phải mùi hôi mà giống như 1 căn phòng nhỏ và bí dù thực tế phòng tắm không nhỏ. Nguyên nhân tôi nghĩ vì là do hệ thống nhà có chung đường cống thoát nước. Điều này khó tránh nên có thể thông cảm. Vì nhà tắm sạch nên ko tạo cảm giác khó chịu lắm. - Trong phòng (giường và ghế Sofa) có để mấy đồ thú bông hình hoa, vừa decor vừa để thơm phòng( vì chủ nhà xịt nước hoa xịt phòng vào đó). Nhưng mùi này rất nồng và giống mùi giặt tẩy khách sạn thông thường. Tôi ko chịu đc mùi này và đã phải chuyển 3 gối đó ra ban công trong suốt 3 ngày ở đó. Sau đấy, căn phòng có mùi dễ chịu như ở nhà. Tôi cho rằng dùng xịt phòng xịt vào gối như thế là ko cần thiết. Tóm lại, căn phòng vẫn đáng tiền và xứng đáng 5*. Tôi sẽ trở lại vào đợt công tác tới.

It’s really worth the money. The place is cozy and chill, just like described. The balcony is so private, especially during the rainy season. There's a kitchen on the rooftop, but I didn’t really need it, I ordered food during the day and went out at night to grab a bite and have a drink. I spent the whole day just relaxing in my room.

I stayed here for 12 days during my business trip, but the place made it feel like vacation. The location has the perk of being a few blocks away to all major landmarks, you stay here you cover the city just by strolling around. At heart of the city, enjoy the popular food around Moreover, the place spic and span and hosted by a a very welcoming and friendly host Cuc

Great place to stay close to many attractions and good food in district 1. Host was proactive with clear communication even with last minute construction in the area. Easy to check in and staff were available to meet us very early to hold our bags with little notice. Room was clean, comfortable, and as described with very cool balcony/patio. AC worked well. They have indoor parking for motorbikes in their lobby, free washer and dryer, filtered drinking water, and kitchen. They will also arrange transportation for you if needed and were happy to provide local recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Warm vibes and wonderful people! Coucou Homestead 1 felt like a cozy home in the heart of the city. The bright yellow wall was already a mood booster 🌞, and the lovely hosts made everything even better. We made sweet memories, shared laughs, and felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a friendly, authentic stay!

Brand new studio apartment, everything was super clean, air conditioning works well especially important in such a humid weather. We’ve read reviews about these apartments on Google since there were no reviews here yet - some people were saying that hot water is not working well in the building, which is not true. We had fantastic showering experience. Kitchen appliances, toothbrush, shower gel etc all was provided. The cleaning was outstanding because they changed our towels regularly within our 3 day stay, so we felt like in a hotel. Overall very pleasant experience, the owner was kind enough to leave us a key downstairs so we have access to the flat - our flight landed around 4 am in the morning. Now, about location - it is the best location! Everything touristic is nearby 10-15 min walk. Street with clothing stores literally 5 min walk. Even with such a central location, the building is located in a quiet area, in a narrow street above the cafe, which works till 6 pm.

I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay here. The space was quiet and secure, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. The room was thoughtfully arranged and met all the needs of a minimalist lifestyle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like providing small items such as cotton pads for guests. I genuinely liked this place.

Phòng siêu sạch luôn ý. Có đầy đủ đồ dùng cho mọi người luôn. Lần đầu book được phòng đẹp, thoáng, sạch như vậy ý. Chị chủ cũng siêu đáng iu. Cho mình checkin trước và phản hồi tin nhắn cũng nhanh lắm lun. iuu

great place to stay in district 1, close to many restaurants and sights and the café on the ground floor is very cute with delicious coffees. Everyone was very friendly, Tina was a great host

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Zentrum Saigons, zu Fuß ist alles super erreichbar und die Wohnung war uns immer ein schöner Rückzugsort! Eleanor war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Das Restaurant unten zudem sehr lecker und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ;) Wir würden wieder kommen!
