Khá đầy đủ tiện nghi, khu vực đồ dùng chung cũng rất nhiều vật dụng: bàn ủi, bếp, tủ lạnh lớn,…Chị Thảo ở Home rất nhiệt tình, chu đáo và dễ thương. Home ở khu vực mặt đường cũng khá ổn, di chuyển đến các khu vực trung tâm cũng nhanh và dễ dàng. Cảm ơn Home và có dịp sẽ quay lại.

The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

This place suited my group very well. All bedrooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. It was a little tricky to find the place initially for our group that arrived at different times. The immediate area is residential and a fantastic taste of local life. All the bright lights of the tourist must-sees are a short Grab ride away. Amenities provided at the house were appreciated (incl detergent powder for the washing machine). This is a townhouse and thus there are lots of stairs to be mindful of. I would stay here again.

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

호스트가 밤늦은 시간에 체크인하는중에 연락했는데도 너무나 친철하게 안내해주어서 불편함이 전혀 없었음. 집도 너무 청결하고 용품들이 잘 준비되어 있었고 부이비엔까지 도보 5분안에 갈수 있음. 타운하우스가 넓어서 생활하기 편하였고 1층에 식당에 무척 잘 되어있음.

This was our first time in Vietnam and we noticed Yen’s listing to be a rare find — we had to book. From check-in to check-out, Yen was responsive, flexible, friendly, and overall one of the best hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. The best part: great location for first timers and walkable to anything you might need on your trip. Enjoy the stay—it’ll be worth it with this bnb. ☺️

Our stay was cozy! The home was comfortable and felt just like our own. Located on a peaceful street, it was surprisingly central and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tranquility close to city center. Will certainly return.

Vey nice house and I love it

Great location! It was our final stop of our Vietnam leg, apartment was very new and modern! Our children enjoyed the spacious apartment and the pool!

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

We were 4 adults and this 02 bedroom apartment was well kept, clean, comfortable and ideally located for us. The place is a short walk to places like War Remnants Museum and accessible to other touristic places. A 24/7 mart at the basement and also a food court makes it quite convenient. All our queries were answered promptly. Some condiments in the kitchen like salt and sugar would be nice. We would definitely visit again.

We loved our stay in Apartment 14B! It's well furnished and decorated in a way that makes it feel cosy and homely. It had all of the essentials we needed. We stayed for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The balcony was our favourite part, the perfect place to sit with a drink and watch the busy streets. The location was incredible for exploring District 1 and beyond, and the new Ben Thanh metro station is only a minute away! The apartment is in an old local building, so it’s good to be aware of that. It is a wet bathroom and the traffic noise can be quite loud, but Tram thought of everything we might need, from ear plugs to a mop for keeping the bathroom dry. It didn't bother us because of how great everything else was. Tram’s service was what stood out the most to us, she was thoughtful, kind and helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do (and eat). I really can’t stress enough what an amazing host she was ❤️ we hope we can come back one day!

We loved our stay at Mekong Lounge! The studio apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was clean and had a separate shower (not a wet one which was important to us)!! Water pressure is a little weak but nothing we couldn’t work with. Check in instructions included a video that made it super easy. Security was great as we were in a little communal area off the main road and the gates closed as night. Location was close to District 1 and so it was easy to get around via grab (5 minute ride or 15 minute walk but it’s really hot). Also super close to Com Tam Calamette which was our favourite meal during our time there!!! Overall we’d recommend :)

We had zeroed in on Naomi's place based on the online reviews and photographs of her place. And her reviews don't lie, her place was awesome! It was centrally located and easy to reach from the airport. Naomi was very helpful with her inputs and was immediately responsive to our queries and requests. She let us check in early on our request without batting an eyelids, ensuring that our check in was smooth as cheese. And her place was as good as he online photographs, if not better. All the things were in order, the bathrooms were swanky clean and the bedrooms were cosy. We used her utensils to cook some food, which were convenient to find. And the check out too was as comfortable. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for all us. Three cheers to Naomi!

Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Manuka was a wonderful host and the apartment is located in a great area, just steps away from wonderful restaurants. The area is brightly lit at night and felt extremely safe. Highly recommend this

Nice place to stay and the host was very responsive.

Top notch stay in not far from the heart of District 1. The apartment was spacious, clean, and looked just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and aircon was strong — we always left home feeling super well rested. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly. On the first night someone’s bed had a strange stain on it and the team was super quick to respond, replying immediately sending someone to change the sheets the next day. The apartment complex itself feels super luxurious and secure, featuring amenities like pools, gyms, and even a jacuzzi (though unfortunately didn’t have time to check them out). There was even a Pizza 4P’s outlet right downstairs which was super convenient 😍 Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Saigon!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
