Apartment holiday rentals in District 1

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

We stayed for about 45 days. I was relieved that the security and convenience store were available 24 hours a day. There was a cockroach, but the host responded immediately. The process for entering the gym and replenishing daily necessities was also very quick and helpful. The host was quick to contact us, so we had a comfortable stay!

Amazing property with lots of facilities in the building. Short car ride from everything. Ample space for a family of 4 and Jasmine was very responsive and proactive in checking in and seeing if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

The place is perfect for solo travel very modern and clean the description is very accurate and the rooftop is very nice especially for photos. There are also two convenient stores next to the building and the host was very attentive, very responsive and was always helpful I much appreciated it. The main area like district 1,5 and 7 is not far so the grabs were very cheap.

Tommy was a great host that made me and everyone feel very welcome and comfortable. He was very friendly and helpful and we cannot wait to see him again soon when we book again.

Simon is responsive and is sure to respond to issues. The house is exactly as pictured, spacious and pleasant. The security is so thorough that it's also controlled to enter and exit a ant. Next time I go to Ho Chi Minh City, I would like to stay at this accommodation.

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Great place with easy transport to all sites in HCM. The apartment complex had incredible facilities and was great. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in saigon!

The house is big and can stay for six people. The price is ok. We only stayed for three people this time. It felt very comfortable.

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

the best accommodation i have stayed so far in rivergate. clean, organized, my gf liked how the room was prepared because it catered for her needs of make-up, etc.

Tung’s place was fantastic! Co-host Quynh was the best. Great location, modern condo building with amazing rooftop pool. Washer/dryer in unit was super helpful. Location is right in the middle of it all in District 1. Quynh was super responsive and helpful throughout our trip. Would absolutely stay again. And reminder to point the A/C remote at the small receiver in the ceiling!

I booked this Airbnb last minute and the service was great! I was able to check in immediately, and the place was absolutely perfect. The bathroom was spotless, the view was gorgeous, and I will definitely be back!
