I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in District 3. The location is perfect — central, convenient, and within walking distance to many great cafes, local restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable — exactly like the photos. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming place with lots of great neighborhood options nearby!

Location is amazing, walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. The place looks even better than in the pictures and communication from the host was excellent

sehr gute Lage, nahe Distrikt 1. Das Studio hat alles was man braucht und es war sauber. Wifi war gut. im Erdgeschoss gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und eine Apotheke.

Overall the location is very strategic where is walking distance to district one and there is many shops or convenience stores and cafe just within 100 m. Safety is good for this building as everyone needs an access card to enter the building and also to use the elevator . Will back to Truc Chau again next time when I go HCMC.

good place and apartment for group of 6 to 8 people ....good equipments are kept along with gym, swimming pool and other equipments like washing machine, dryer, kettle, tv, ac etc

Quỳnh Anh là một bà chủ dễ tính. Tôi cần thêm quạt bạn đã mang đến luôn cho tôi. Bạn còn tặng cho tôi rất nhiều trái cây tươi ngon. Bạn hướng cho tôi mượn xe đạp để di chuyển. Phòng của bạn đầy đủ đồ, sạch sẽ và rất rộng rãi cũng ấm cúng. Nắng chiếu vào phòng rất đúng ý tôi. Tôi sẽ thường xuyên quay trở lại.

Phòng thơm và sạch sẽ, nằm trên lầu trong khu dân cư đầy đủ đồ ăn và cũng khá yên tĩnh.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Vietnam! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with local touches. The location is perfect—close to local markets, cafes, and within walking distance to major attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions and share useful local tips. I felt very welcomed and at home throughout my stay. If you’re visiting Vietnam and looking for a comfortable and authentic place to stay, this Airbnb is definitely worth checking out. I’d love to come back again!

Great apartment. 30 min walk from city center. Pool is smaller than we anticipated but the kids loved it. Very good communication with host.

great stay. clean unit and clear instructions by the owner. prompt response as well. despite located in central HCM city, the area was quiet and peaceful.

1군 중심부에 위치하고 있다해도 과언이 아니네요. 왠만한 관광지는 도보로도 갈 수 있고, 그랩을 타면 금방 이동가능합니다. 숙소는 최고급은 아니지만 모자람이 없었고, 세탁기 세제도 구비되어 있어서 투숙 하며 잘 사용했습니다. 침구가 깨끗하고 에어컨이 시원하게 잘 나오며, 환기도 가능하여 쾌적하게 이용했습니다. 건물 전체적인 시설도 훌륭했네요. 그러나, 이미지에 나온 방과 다른 방이 안내 되었습니다. 가구들과 구조가 달랐습니다. 그 방 또한 훌륭하여 딱히 불만을 제기하지 않았으나, 사진을 보고 신중하게 선택한 만큼 같은 방을 배정해 줘야 한다고 생각이 들며, 바뀌게 된다면 사유를 인지시키고 양해를 구해야 한다고 생각합니다. 그럼에도 전체적으로 만족합니다.

The accommodation was nice and clean and I really appreciated the superfast WiFi. host was always quick to respond to questions, etc.

thank you for a wonderful stay! place was spotless, super spacious. pool and gym also great additions to our stay. very responsive hosts, answered all questions promptly and provided great recommendations for anything and everything. we hired a bike and left our luggage at a storage place from their recommendations
