because i never read someone Else Said in the review, so: First i was afraid it will be a really noisy place because its so Close to the loudest street in HCMC. But it was really Not, There was small Sounds yes, but nothing that would distract at all. But even If Theres Earplugs free to use (but i Had No need at all) the Room is siper spacious and the hole Setup is really nice. The Bathroom seperated Like that is also awesome. I can understand the Rating of this Location very Well. I Had a really really positive stay in the place. It was Wonderful.

Apartment is cute and all I needed. Perfect for solo travellers or couples. Evie was very helpful during my stay and had fast response.

Beautiful view of the city! Perfect spot which was in walkable distance to busy streets and the walking street for night life. There’s also a massage place directly outside which was convenient. An easy spot to rest before/after day trips. Only recommendation would be for the bed to have a top sheet. That may be a personal preference. The shower water also gets everywhere in the bathroom so an extra bath mat may be needed.

Anna's place was great. Great location in the middle of everything you want to do in Ho Chi Minh. She had great recommendations... I had a sandwich I'll never forget. Everything you need is thought of beforehand. Lots of love in this place from the decorations to all the helpful tips and arrangements she makes for you. Was a wonderful stay. Anna was super helpful from start to finish. <3. One of the best Airbnb hosts I've experienced world wide. 1000% recommend staying with her.

Firstly, I felt very at home here. The property was super comfortable, had a great sleep and the temperature was perfect for it being so hot outside. Secondly, the host was so so great. She communicated quickly, efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about her not getting back to me unlike some other hosts I dealt with on my other trips. Thirdly, location is awesome. Very central! Only tip is that if you call a grab, I recommend walking to the street right under cause it’s a bit easier since it can get crowded w cars on the main st of the property. That’s all! Overall loved the property and the host was great. Def book it if you can

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

Vi was super helpful with the check in process and even helped us find the place at night. it's a nice place in a saw location and very easy to get grab rides from there. The gym and pool were great too. would stay there again for sure.

I had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ho Chi Minh City! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything from tourist spots to restaurants and local markets is just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the essentials were provided, which made my stay really comfortable. What truly stood out to me was how supportive and friendly the host was. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and were always available whenever I had a question. We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Saigon. The space was clean, quiet, and peaceful with a great layout that felt spacious and calming. The pool was a huge bonus—beautiful and relaxing—and the balcony made for a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth. A great option if you're looking for a restful place to stay while still being close to the heart of the city.

Kat’s home offered us a level of comfort not experienced in over 7 trips to Vietnam. Beds were soft, place was well decorated and bathrooms were immaculate. You can tell that she pays attention to the small details which isn’t something typical for Airbnb’s in Vietnam. Her stay will be our number one choice in future trips.
