The living space is located on the first floor, accessible from the courtyard via a staircase, and from the garden through the terrace overlooking the river. This place is a haven of nature in a very peaceful environment. 5-minute drive from Noyers-sur-Serein, one of the most beautiful villages in France.

Character house composed of 1 large bedroom, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, shower and separate toilet. It is located in the center of the village, set back from the main street. This listing is attached to our house and another Airbnb listing. You will therefore share access to the outdoor space (courtyard and garden) with us, and if the other Airbnb accommodation is occupied, also with the other guests.

COSY GITE IN MEDIEVAL VILLAGE FARMHOUSE

Attached to the end of our long farmhouse is a cosy gite with a wood burning stove...downstairs you'll find a large spacious living room and kitchen with beautiful flagstone floors, exposed wooden beams and an enticing winding stone staircase leading to the first floor bedroom. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and two single beds. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
