This Suite features a spacious south-facing roof terrace. The atmosphere house by the sea is located in the heart of the city center and less than 400 meters from the beach. Cheerful detached cottage 1400m from the beach!

In the outskirts of Koudekerke, just 1400 meters from the beach and city center, is our lovely cottage, meant to get cheerful:-) It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower and Private Sauna! Upstairs in the sleeping loft there are 2 sleeping rooms with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep. Please note: the stairs are very steep with narrow steps and upstairs one has to bend down to get into the bedrooms.

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

From August 2020 we opened the doors of this new holiday home. The house is very centrally located on the edge of Koudekerke. The property is located in a unique spot with a private garden and terrace. It has modern décor and all amenities. The lower floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bike.

In our large garden there is a cute cottage all to yourself. From the garden you can see the lighthouse. Pets are not allowed. 2 lovely box-spring beds, private shower, toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. Park your car for free at your stay or load your bike at your cottage (bring your own charger) Enjoy a beach walk to Vlissingen, the beautiful bike paths or a day of historic Middelburg!
