Great stay in a remote location. Antonio house was a calm little paradise in a secluded area. The house was even better than the photos and Antonio made " sure we had everything we needed for our stay, he recommended some great restaurants and the way around the area. We used the services of Leide and she made a great lunch while we enjoyed at one of the nicest beaches i've been to in Brazil. Bear in mind the roads in that area during rainy periods can be a little challenging for a low car so be prepared. The area also suffers with blackouts during very rainy periods like May. Antonio was prepared to help us with anything as soon as we told about the local blackouts so we never felt like it was an issue... We look forward to comeback next year!

I recommend this space for those seeking rest and tranquility, the house is very well cared for. Regarding the distance from the beach, it is perfect for those who do not like the movement and bustle of the waterfront, a 25 to 30 minute walk in a very safe and quiet neighborhood and you are already on the sand, and for those who do not want to walk, a very affordable app car takes you to the beach. Like the entire property, the kitchen utensils are great and useful, and if you still need something extra, it may be provided if you ask the owners. Me and my family love it! Gabi was a great host! She was very communicative, and the home is really beautiful. The pool is amazing. The home has a nice feel for bigger groups as it has separate private spaces in each bedroom, but then a very nice common space with the pool and the kitchen. After our stay, we forgot an item with sentimental value, and Gabi was very helpful and responsive in helping us retrieve the item. This was very sweet and meant a lot to us.

Kika hosting was exactly like the advertised! Everything organized, new and whimsical! The care and treatment offered by her are a special detail. A love of person, always caring and caring. The location is great, in a quiet place and easy to access! Ability to walk or van to the center, being a great cost benefit. The best beaches are located closer to the house. We will definitely return more often!

The house is wonderful, even more cozy and charming than in the pictures. Quiet, wooded and safe condominium. Flávia was super attentive, helpful and greeted us affectionately. We love the stay and hope to return soon.

Large and well-equipped house has everything you need, I recommend renting a car for those who are going to make the trip, it is a little far from the center/supermarket and there is no Uber

Perfect location for those looking for tranquility and privacy. The house is very cozy, complete. In the vicinity there is a supermarket and pharmacy. Ideal location for those with available car. We were very welcome and whenever necessary the communication was quick. Ibis gave super cool tips to take advantage of the city.

Elane was super attentive and kind, and responded quickly from the first moment of our interaction. The property is as amazing as it looks in the photos: super spacious, modern, well decorated, comfortable sofa and beds, very functional kitchen area, great rooms, everything beautiful. A detail that makes all the difference to me: a good shower, with a good waterfall. A good post-beach bath is essential for those who spend a lot of time away from home, in a beach region. Every day my family and I spent there was incredible, a wonderful space, very clean and organized, containing everything that is needed in a house, the kitchen has everything!! Wonderful location, by the sea, wonderful beaches with everything nearby, you can walk to markets, bakeries, pharmacies, everything and everything beautiful.

See, at the end, the only drawback regarding the Residential. Excellent apartment: spacious, with good bathrooms, large bedroom and bed, with the necessary utensils for preparing breakfast and small (or large) meals. Very pleasant and well-kept outdoor area, with a large and beautiful swimming pool. Close to the beach, 200 m, 3-5 min walk. Cambuí Supermarket, excellent, with parking spaces always available, 1.4 km away. Here, the only drawback: drinking water has no color, taste, or odor; well, the water from the Residential, from the well, is ferrous: it has the color, taste, and odor of rust.

Amazing house! Super well equipped with everything very accessible and practical. The host Marcelo responds very quickly and responds to requests immediately. We loved the stay, we stayed 7 days and we would have stayed longer without any problems. I recommend it without fear.

We booked the space last minute but we were very happy with the choice. My husband and I stayed in space for two days and we recommend it! Everything was organized and clean, corresponds to the photos. The property is close to the beach and we like the convenience of walking. To get to the centrinho we were by car so we had no problem, very practical. Marcelo and his wife are extremely polite and solicited! Thank you for your stay!

Airbnb is beautiful and exactly as in the photos. The care and attention to all details, whether in decoration or in the utensils provided, is notorious. Regarding access, I think it's interesting if you're driving, because even the center of Porto Seguro is around 20 minutes away. The tranquility and beauty of the outdoors is unparalleled! Ivisson's promptness and education were also very remarkable. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Voltaria for sure.

We stayed for 9 days and the stay was AMAZING and WONDERFUL! Marcelo was super attentive, always ready to respond and super sweet! The house is just like the photos, everything in place and the atmosphere is super comfortable! We loved the privacy and security that the condominium provided, in addition to enjoying the delicious pool and the environment with abundant nature, birds singing, everything harmonious! My special thanks also to Sandro, who took care of the pool every morning! Always so cordial! We'll be back soon!!

5-star accommodation in every way. House in the center of everything in Caraiva, close to the river, the beach, good restaurants. Dante welcomed me and gave me all the necessary assistance during the stay. The house is well equipped and new, with a very Caraivano style. I recommend and will come back more often

Casa Sol is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. In addition to being aesthetically beautiful, the house is super comfortable and clean. The concierge Maga was an angel who helped us organize our stay and itinerary during the 6 days we stayed; gave great recommendations, booked the beach clubs, took us to very special places, in addition to having hired excellent cooks for the days we had meals at the house. We were in a group of 10 people, one of whom was a pre-teen, and I believe that our experience at the house could not have been better, mainly because of Maga's help.

Everything’s perfect!

The accommodation is a few minutes from downtown, for those who are used to walking ok to walk but I do not recommend it because the way is isolated, the house that I stayed is very private and wooded.

From the moment we arrived, this villa completely stole our hearts. The home is absolutely stunning, thoughtfully designed, peaceful, and surrounded by the beauty of nature. Thank you for creating such a beautiful sanctuary. Nane came by each day with such gentle presence, tending to the home with such care and making sure we had everything we needed. Her warmth added so much to the experience. Fernanda and Marcel were incredible hosts, communication was seamless and they provided so many thoughtful recommendations that really helped us enjoy our time in Trancoso to the fullest. The location was also perfect, just a 15-minute walk to both the beach and the town, yet it felt private and immersed in nature. We stayed at Mike and Solange’s place for over a week and could not have enjoyed it more. The house has the most beautiful garden, it’s in a perfect location in the center of Trancoso, walking distance to the town’s main streets and the Quadrado as well as shops and super market. Mike is a charming retired British Gentleman who immediately makes you feel welcome and is helpful in every way possible. A wonderful cleaning lady came every day for numerous hours and cleaned the house to perfection. Overall we could not have asked for anything better and can highly recommend to stay there!
